The room was small and packed with lots of things, but very nice house overall, well maintained and new appliances. Location was not the best as it is right near the 101 Freeway and in a totally residential area so biking/driving to anything is required, or a long walk if you want to find restaurants or things to do, there is nothing nearby.
Stella was friendly but her behavior after I departed was strange. After staying for more than 2 months she wrote me a horrible review the day after I checked out. I was surprised because multiple times during my stay we spoke and I checked in and asked if everything was okay with my stay and she always said yes, never once mentioning an issue. Please be careful as she seems to make things up, the issues she mentioned in her review of my stay are false.
Stella is a great host, she took very good care of me, took me around the area and she always had something prepared for me.
The room was ok, not very big though and packed with stuff.
Beware of the poodles!
Stella was great from beginning to end. She is very knowledgeable of the area and is a great source of info. Her home is very welcoming and I was comfortable staying with her and talking with her. Highly recommended!!!
