A Crosley Vinyl Player adds retro charm, while LED lights connect the ceiling and walls, celebrating modern living with timeless elegance.
Kitchen:
Discover culinary elegance in the Sapphire kitchen, adorned with classic wood-style cabinets and top-notch appliances including a fridge, freezer, oven, stove, and dishwasher. The space combines functionality with style, featuring ample storage and a modern extractor. A chic breakfast bar and striking backsplash add to the inviting ambiance, making it a perfect blend of warmth and modernity.
Bedroom:
Enter the bedroom and be enveloped in a world of subtle elegance and comfort. The super premium mattress, surrounded by soft, easy colors and numerous pillows, promises a heavenly sleep. Bathroom:

Other things to note
1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking.
2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service.
3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies
4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests.
5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty.
6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning.
7. If the listing mentions Netflix or other streaming platforms, it refers only to the availability of the app on the smart TV. We no longer provide shared or corporate accounts. Guests must log in with their subscription after check-in.
