This is a 100% private apartment with a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, 1 queen bed, a sofa that extends into a full-size bed, a riverside sunset view, and a private balcony with outdoor seating.

Our home is a 3-minute drive or ~15-minute walk from Glenwood train station, which will take you ~35 minutes to reach Grand Central (NYC)

The space
This apartment is on the lower level, which is about 15 steps, no ramp, etc. That is the only entrance to the door, Please keep this in mind when booking.

To maintain a standard of cleanliness, we do not allow any pets or small children. No extra guest allowed or $50 per person if noted. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We do NOT allow parties or indoor smoking. You can smoking on the balcony. Private backyard-Fully fenced.

No loud music.
