The price offered includes all the fees from our side, e.g. unlimited wifi, electricity and water fees, condo communal fee, cleaning service fee after departure.
You can use the salt water swimming pool of the Yantarasiri Boutique hotel (3 mins walk) located in the alley between Smoothie Blues and Tesco Lotus at the price of 150 THB per session (as of July 2014).
There is a gym just behind the condo (2 mins walk) called Power House Gym with a lot of classes. You can buy access card for a few sessions or subscribe for a longer period as well. The price for one month membership (access to all gym facilities, sauna, wifi and classes) at the rate of 3,000 THB per person per month or one-time pass at the rate of 2,700 THB per 10 passes with 2-month validity (price as of September 2014).
Interaction with guests
As stated in our profile, we are not living in Chiang Mai at the moment but we are in Bangkok. Natcha's parents and our local staffs are the ones to take care of our guests in person. We are nevertheless only an email away and we try our best to respond to all of our guests' inquiries and requests as soon as possible.
Walking distance from Chiang Mai University, massage shop, gym, nail salon, organic market, Tesco Lotus, tons of restaurants and cafes and the new mall with cinema, called Maya. The neighbourhood is famous among the locals and is a very good starting point for many discoveries in Chiang Mai.
You can catch a red bus (public transportation of Chiang Mai) or a tuk-tuk in front of the Condo. Alternatively, you can rent a bike or motorcycle to get around.

We are Franck and Natcha. We are living in Bangkok. We enjoy exploring beautiful natural landscapes of Thailand and we love cooking a variety of Thai and French dishes. We like exercising and keep our lifestyle healthy. Franck loves reading French comics, whilst Natcha is interested in yoga and meditating. We also love meeting new people, as we always learn new things or new perspectives from them... that's one of our major reasons for signing up here at Airbnb :)
Chiang Mai is a very beautiful and peaceful city with charming local culture and tradition and various serene natural landscapes. We fell in love with the city during Natcha's last field study over there. That's why we decided to buy two apartments in Chiang Mai and intentionally renovated them very nicely because we hope to move there and to live there in the future. In the meantime while we are still away, we would like to offer this opportunity to enjoy the lovely city of Chiang Mai to our guests. We are certain that our guests will share similar impression of life in Chiang Mai and would like to stay longer like we do.
As a host, we treat our guests the same way that we ourselves would like to be treated. We respect privacy of the guests yet we aim to be as helpful as possible. We try our best to respond quickly and help our guests in all of their inquiries.
