Guest access
Full access to the entire home and private dock. Self check-in via lockbox (code provided before arrival).

There is no cell phone reception on the property. Wi-Fi is provided (Starlink) and we have been able to text, make calls, and work from our computers using the Wi-Fi.
Please understand that you are on a lakeside property that harbors many insects. While we do our best to keep them under control, please keep windows and doors closed to help keep insects out of the home.
This property is amongst a wide variety of wildlife that could be dangerous for anyone who is not being careful.
Much of the terrain has steep elevation changes and cliffs overlooking the lake. Watch out for your friends and family as many of these areas do not have guard rails.
Our check in time starts at 4:00 PM. I will message you with the code to the lockbox containing a key to our house prior to your check in along with the address to the property and front gate code. You can use this lock box for the entirety of your stay. The code will be discontinued come the end of your stay. In getting to the property, your GPS should take you right to the house. If there’s any issue finding the property, I’m happy to help any way I can.
Check out is 10am. We need this 10am-4pm window in order to fully clean for the next guest. Please do not check out late or check in earlier without my express approval.
We have a private dock that is right across from the marina at the Lake Nacimiento Resort. If you wish to bring your boat, you will need to launch the boat at the marina and pay all applicable fees associated with that (we are not associated with Lake Nacimiento Resort). This would include the resort’s parking fee as well as county’s fee for being on the lake ($18/day). There are no fees for keeping your water vessel docked at our dock over night.
Something to note is that we are technically in Heritage Ranch per the county parcel map but we are not part of the Heritage Ranch Owners Association and cannot access their amenities.
This home is on well water so please bring your own drinking water.
