Interaction with Guests
You will have a dedicated guest relations officer responsible for receiving you at the apartment and giving you access, as well as all informing you of all details of the accommodation. You will have access to the guest relations officer throughout your stay, 24h a day.
Dubai Marina may be the best neighborhood in Dubai. It has everything within a relatively small footprint, including white sandy beaches and beach resorts, the largest man-made Marina in the world, housing a number of yacht clubs, with long pedestrian walkways on the water. The walkways are lined with many cafes and restaurants, including some of Dubai's best. It also boasts one of the most impressive skylines in the world, with three of the world's four tallest residential skyscrapers in close proximity.
It also has a large mall, all the services you may need, and a easy connectivity to all the remaining attractions in Dubai, by Metro and extensive road network. By the end of 2014, Dubai Marina will be connected by an overland tramway dedicated to the area.
Guests should adhere to the community rules and respect the rights of other occupants and are obliged not to disturb them with noise, music, television or in any other way. Vandalism of any kind on the premises and in common areas is strictly prohibited. All abusive, disorderly, violent, or harassing conduct by the guest is subject to immediate eviction with no refund issued.
What an amazing and individualised experience. It was myself and 3 friends first time with an airbnb and it was excellent! The location, view and apartment were perfect and the service was second to none..
My partner had wanted to surprise me with a birthday cake from back in Australia and after speaking with olga this was promptly arranged with complete secrecy! This was a wonderful surprise and remarkable service!!

Рестораны-кафе в самом доме и на набережной. На любой вкус и кошелек. Есть доставка еды на дом - недорого и готовить не надо. Детям понравился ливанский ресторан в доме - рис и шашлыки. Супермаркет за углом тоже с доставкой на дом (выход из паркинга на другую улицу). Небольшой супермаркет, где все есть - напротив входа в дом. 2 банкомата около входа в дом. Такси, трамвай - все рядом за 25-50 дирхам в любой шоппинг молл.
Вечером на набережной The Walk всегда есть что делать - то концерт, то промоакция, то выставка. А также спортивные уголки с тренажерами, детская площадка, кафешки, кинотеатр.
4 взрослых и 2 детей без проблем разместились в квартире. Сервис отличный.
Großartiges Appartement in hervorragender Lage und mit toller Sicht! Der Kontakt zum Vermieter fand ausschließlich telefonisch statt. Wir fühlten uns jederzeit gut betreut und haben das vielfach gepriesene Willkommenspaket sehr geschätzt. Die Beschreibung ist sehr zutreffend. Das Appartement ist gut gepflegt und sauber.
Wir haben mit drei kleinen Kindern in der Wohnung gewohnt, die morgens und abends pausenlos an den Fenstern standen um Palme, Meer, Strandleben, Autos, Fallschirmspringer, Wasserspielplatz, Fensterputzer, nächtlich beleuchtete Baustellen und vieles mehr zu bewundern. Allgegenwärtiger Baustellenlärm ist bei geschlossenen Fenstern nicht zu hören.
Bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt in Dubai würden wir gerne wieder dort wohnen.
Nice apartment with amazing view, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We had a great holiday and next time we definitely will be back.
The apartment was just like on the pictures or better. We had a very good communication with Walid and Shehroze who even answered the phone at midnight for the second part of our group that arrived later in the day. We were particularly thankful for the breakfast, coffee (!) and the fruit left. This made a big deal after long flight and being alone with two kids.The apartment has two bedrooms with two full bathrooms (plus a third toilette only) which makes it very comfortable and allows for the privacy of all guests. The location of the apartment is superb and it is equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. (there was even a stroller in the boiler room). The building is very well equipped with a super clean and warm pool, lifeguard at all times, receptionist, security etc. The specially pleasure part of the day was sipping tea on the balcony with a fantastic view over the JBR walk. This is not the last time we are using this apartment!
Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung gewesen. Der Standort ist ausgezeichnet und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Wer sich gerne auswärts verpflegt findet in kürzester Gehdistanz eine unglaubliche Vielfalt von ausgezeichneten Restaurants. Mit Metrostation, Taxi und Autovermieter (alles in nächster Umgebung verfügbar) sind auch Ausflüge einfach und günstig möglich. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Wifi funktioniert unkompliziert. Das Welcome-Package vereinfacht den Start. Der Balkon ist klein, aber Sohn und Oma haben ihn geliebt.
Die Ecken und Ränder vom Bad könnten besser gepflegt sein. Der Lärm für den umfassenden Umbau des Rimal-Aussenbereiches hat nur tagsüber, nur bei offener Balkontür und nur wenn der Presslufthammer im Einsatz war etwas gestört.
Wir empfehlen Wohnung und Vermieter gerne weiter. Unsere ersten Ferien (12 Tage) in Dubai haben uns super gefallen. Im Rückblick würden wir uns nochmals für das gleiche Angebot entscheiden.
The apartment was great and the master bedroom really has two sides with views of the Gulf. The place is furnished well (better than many vacation places) and the wifi is good. The 22nd floor is nice and there are enough elevators so you don't wait.
Shehraze was our contact person there and was always available by text and What's app.
Dubai Marina is a great place to be and you are steps from the beach and the finest (chain) restaurants in the world. We had stayed at Atlantis and Dubai Beach Hotel in the past, and they are (of course) wonderful, but much more expensive, also the food. Here you get luxury living, two bedrooms, a great beach, affordable shops, a cinema, rental sunbeds and can go to other places easier. It is one of the few places in Dubai with real public transportation options. We liked the apartment experience better than a hotel and hope to be back.
Taxis are easy to get and cheap. The tram is a nice option and takes you to the metro every few minutes and on to the Atlantis monorail. Jumeirah Lake Towers (your metro stop) is the last stop to guarantee a seat on the inbound metro which is great (but standing in the front and looking out the big front window is the best). Bus line 8 is a secret weapon to the Jumeirah resort if you don't want to go everywhere wealthy bubble to bubble. Traffic can be awful in the Marina and taking the tram the final bit home is better than sitting in the taxi in traffic.
IF YOU BOOK
Take a bit of care to understand your arrival. There are few normal street addresses in new Dubai and it can be hard to explain this to a taxi driver. You are going to 'Rimal 2,' a building which is in 'JBR' (Jurmeirah Beach Residences development, loosely part of the Dubai Marina). It is 'at The Walk,' Say all these things to your driver.
You enter the Rimal garage in the taxi and find the hidden Rimal 2 elevators. Buzz the main desk to get let into the elevator bank. If there is trouble, the main foot entrance to Rimal 2 is up on the Plaza level which is up (two flights of) stairs from The Walk. Leave your partner with the luggage in the garage.
Get liquor (including beer and wine) at the airport when you land! Hotel restaurants serve booze. Other restaurants do not.
