Enjoy "The Mumbles" a private villa located in Rotonda West on Florida's Gulf Coast, renowned for its numerous championship golf courses and beautiful soft, white, sandy beaches. A perfect location to satisfy everyone's ideal vacation requirements.

We are proud to offer some of the finest and cleanest vacation villas in the area as well as a top of the line service for guests.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom light filled open floor split plan home ensures you'll always have privacy! It boasts a West-facing screened lanai with heated pool and spa.

The master bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed, closet, 32" HD TV and offers private access to the lanai and pool area through sliding glass doors. The en-suite has a double vanity, hairdryer, toilet and a bath tub and seperate shower.

The large living area has 1 sofa, 1 love seat and 1 chair that seats 6, a 38" HD TV, a formal dining area that seats 6. You can extend your living space out via the sliding glass doors to the large, screened lanai and pool area; soon to be your favorite room!

A great area to enjoy peace and privacy after spending the day at the beach, boating, or a nearby golf course.

Have your breakfast and morning coffee from the filtered coffemaker on the lanai as you plan your day! The kitchen opens to the living area and features solid counter tops with a breakfast bar, ample cabinets and pantry, dishwasher, microwave, range, and everything else you need for preparing, cooking, and serving your vacation meals. making this the perfect space for cooking and entertaining.

Laundry area with washing machine and dryer, iron and iron board and an attached Garage with 2 bikes and various beach stuff as well as room for 2 cars.

Centrally located in this beach town, there is always something to do, some of which are featured on our GuestPass information portal. You are near Boca Grande and several Englewood Beaches, 14 miles to Port Charlotte Town Center Mall, 13 miles to Coco Plum Shopping Plaza in North Port and 23 miles to Downtown Punta Gorda and Fisherman's Village. 7 – 13 miles drive to the 10+ beaches, all the beaches border the Gulf of Mexico, where soft sea breezes keep the temperatures at a comfortable level, The closest supermarket is a 3 minutes’ drive. Other supermarkets and restaurants are less than 20 minutes away.

Our closest airports are, Punta Gorda (PGD) – 30 miles, Sarasota (SRQ)- 46 Miles, Ft. Myers (RSW)- 65 Miles, Tampa (TPA) - 96 Miles, Orlando (MCO) - 162 Miles, Miami (MIA) - 203 Miles.

Hopefully you will not need any medical services during your stay, but if you do, we have a walk in clinic within 3 miles’ drive and the Englewood Community Hospital is only 7 miles’ drive away.

The area enjoys a location that is both secluded and tranquil. You can discover the "Real Florida" There are wildlife reserves where you can walk or bike, many wild animals are spotted in the community including Armadillos, Bob Cats and Wild Pigs. Alligators are plentiful in the canals and lakes.

For cyclists and joggers there is the "Rail/trail" a disused rail line to Boca Grande that runs adjacent to Rotonda.

Welcome to Rotonda West – a peaceful, planned community situated near the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in southwest Florida. It is located mid-way between Sarasota and Fort Myers. The community is predominantly full-time homeowners and their families, as well as tenants and those who winter in the community.

There are five golf courses operated by Rotonda Golf and Country club. Thirty miles of picturesque canals, lakes and ponds wind through the community and offer fishing and boating opportunities for its residents.

There are numerous restaurants, cafes and diners close by, which serve superb dining options and will enrich your palate with delicacies and specialties

The weather usually stays relatively mild. In the summer, it's not uncommon for temperatures to get into the mid-90's, but this is tempered by sea breezes from the Gulf. At night in the summer, temperatures quickly drop to the low to mid 80's. In the winter, hard freezes are rare, but occasionally occur. It's more common to have frost on the ground briefly in pre-dawn hours, but it melts shortly after sunrise. This usually only happens 2 or 3 times during the winter. Temperatures average 50 - 80 degrees during the winter. On a sunny winter day, it's rare for the temperature to stay below 50 degrees for long.

Summer thunderstorms are not uncommon. Florida is known as the lightning capital of the world. The dry season is in the spring.

According to a study funded by the US National Institutes of Health, without proper disinfectant measures the coronavirus stays “alive” on surfaces Up to three days, depending on the surface.
Where there isn’t a 72-hour gap between our guests and staff being in the accommodation and your arrival, we use whole house atomized airborne disinfection between guests. The atomized particles are diffused in the environment in the form of a dry fog, which saturates perfectly and uniformly on every square inch of free surface, Killing 99.99% of viruses, bacteria, and fungi.
