This lower-level studio apartment is located within 15-min drive of the city, without the noise and bustle. Light and airy, the Atlanta-themed space includes everything you need with the privacy of your own space.

The space
This private studio apartment provides everything you need for your stay: short 15 minute drive to Downtown and other Atlanta hotspots if you want to get out and see the sights; small kitchenette for cooking if you want to stay in. We love our city and have highlighted it in the decor, from the photographs on the wall to the pint glasses from local breweries. Wake up with a cup of coffee or tea from the Keurig or cook in easily with fridge, the induction top, toaster oven and microwave. Perfect for 1 or 2 people with a Queen size bed, plenty of storage, washer/dryer and wifi.

The studio is located in the basement of our house in a nice walk-able neighborhood. We live above the space with our kids in case you ever need us!

Guest access
The door keypad allows all hours access. The apartment's private entrance door is located next to the guest parking at the rear of the house.

Neighborhood highlights

We live less than 15 minutes from Emory, the CDC, Buckhead, Oglethorpe, Brookhaven, Decatur, Virginia Highlands, Georgia Tech, Georgia State, Midtown, and Downtown Atlanta. Our house is in a suburban area with lots of local restaurants and bars, but close to the highway that you can easily get to anywhere in the city within minutes. We've highlighted more in the welcome kit when you arrive :)

We are Atlanta natives who love our city. We love to travel, work on our house, and spend time around town with family and friends. We built our apartment mostly by ourselves with Isaac's custom carpentry skills and Rebecca's construction degree. We love working on our house, and this year we are specifically updating our yard by adding a vegetable garden and different varieties of berry bushes.
