Cozy, quiet, carry in/carry out, lakeside cabin. Great waterfront deck and dock.

Near Northern Rail Trail, Polar Caves, Mt. Cardigan, Ragged Mountain, Lake Sunapee, Lebanon, NH, Quechee Gorge, VT.

Full kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, Keurig, pots and pans, and dishes).

Guests must provide their own towels, (kitchen, bath and beach), bed sheets and pillowcases (2 twin, 2 double). Blankets and pillows are available.

(Owner is sometimes at an abutting cottage).

The space
This rustic waterfront cabin is located on Kilton Pond. Large deck overlooking the pond is a great spot to spend the afternoon relaxing or evening stargazing. Gas grill is available for use.

Well water in use, bring bottled water if you prefer.

Guest access
Guests will have full access with the exception of a tool closet and tool shed.

Other things to note
Guest must carry out their own trash and recycling (carry in/carry out). Local dump access is provided if helpful.

Many flyers of local interesting sights are available in the cabin for planning adventures. Landline telephone available. Cell service can be spotty depending on your carrier.
