We want to be only the most hospitable and friendly as possible with you to make you fully enjoy your stay
1. Do not use the intercom to ring the building to our apartment and even our neighbors to ask you to open. We will send you a number to ring or if you want to send a text message and we will go down to open the door.
2. Remember to close each time the elevator doors. These are not automatic, be respectful to the neighbors.
3. In the bathroom you will find a beautiful mat to put on the ground to keep arranged and not flooding the bathroom.
4. Please throw the dust in the garbage that you find on the street for the respect of the guest
Thanks in advance :-)
Antonio jest bardzo miły i pomocny. Ma przytulne mieszkanie, w którym jest wszystko co potrzeba. Do dyspozycji miałyśmy oddzielny pokój oraz kuchnię i łazienkę. Dojście do najbliższej stacji metra zajmuje mniej niż 10 min. Więc dojazd do centrum jest bardzo dogodny. Polecam serdecznie.
Antonio is a really nice host, the room is perfect for few days in Rome. Its really cheap and has a great location, few minutes walk from metro A. There was one problem, the lack of hot water.
Bon accueil et disponibilité.
Bien communiquée prêt du métro et bus nocturne.
Gran chambre bien éclairée.
Bonne délation qualité/prix.
Petits problèmes logistiques, mais qui n'ont pas disturbé le séjour.
Watch out with this place. There are actually three rooms that share one bathroom. One of the rooms is really a living room with a sliding door that does not lock. So any of the other guests could easily steal your stuff if they wanted to. The neighborhood was not bad. It was close to the metrorail. However, THERE WAS NOT A WORKING TOILET. I should of listened to previous reviews about the toilet. The three days I was there I and the other three guests were not able to use the toilet. Also, I had told Antonio when I was arriving and he told me to meet some people(not him) at the train station to get keys. I had to wait an hour outside in the cold in December to get the keys. He had known when I was arriving and did not think waiting for an hour in the cold was a big deal. Needless to say Airbnb refunded me for this trip.
The host was not there to welcome us, but his friends were there to give us the overview of the place (map, keys helpful info, etc) so that was fine. The listing however was not accurate at all. To start off with, we did not get the same room as the pictures show. The room is not at all bright it looks more like picture 4 in the listing (very yellow and a little dark). We stayed in one of his 3 rooms and our room did not have an actual door and only had a sliding/folding door with no lock, which would have made it very easy for anyone to steal our stuff! There is also a picture in the listing showing you a welcome with a few food items, tea etc which I'm not sure why as when we got to room, there was no such display since the room is pretty bare. There is no fan/window in the tiny washroom to air the bathroom out, which was only a minor problem compared to the fact that the toilet was broken and would not flush. The bathroom floor and shower were filthy and neither I or my partner even dared to shower while we stayed. The host also did not let others staying in the premises know that there were other guests present, which made our first night extremely annoying as one of the other guests put a latch on the door which did not allow us to get back into the apartment even though we unlocked the door!! The location is much further than you would think from the metro, but the neighbourhood is quite safe. Overall, it was not a pleasant stay and we would not return or recommend this place.
Antonio is a very nice person and host!
He welcomed us at the apartment at the right time.
The apartment has plenty space. Our friends rented the second bedroom, so we practically used the whole apartment (except for 1 day, when another girl stayed in the third room).
Bathrooms are clean! The balcony is big.
The kitchen has all the necessary items for cooking.
The apartment seemed more like a communal one, if you're from CIS country - you'll understand.
The neighborhood was loud, especially at night, but it didn't bother us at all, as soon as we closed the windows.
The location is very good, there is a metro station near, some bus stops, including night buses, all the necessary stores and cafes were also close enough.
Thank you, Antonio, for your hospitality!
We will definitely recommend your place to other people visiting Rome!
From the beginning something was wrong, cos Antonio was late for more then hour, so we had to wait in a rain with all luggage, then the room wasn't ready, so we needed to wait again...
The flat has a perfect localization, every day we were walking from the centre to our room - it takes around 40 minutes and it's beautiful walk.
Room was ok, but I felt like there is too many people every week, and Antonio doesn't have time to clean. I found loads of black long hair in my bed and everywhere around which is disgusting! Towel are old and I wasn't happy to use them. And for two of us we got only one big towel... Besides that room was ok, big, comfortable bed, very simple but for this price- ok!
Bathroom wasn't clean, flash was broken every day, my boyfriend fixed it few times, but every time someone broke it again.
Kitchen is ekhm... There is no plates, no cups, kitchen cloths were disgustingly dirty, no way to cook something and have a dinner there...
Rome is absolutely amazing, and this week was great, but next time if I will go there, I choose different place to stay...
