Newly remodeled building in 2022-23. Location is just steps to the North OCMD beach with an amazing Ocean View from this 3rd floor condo with a full Kitchen and Washer/Dryer. Indoor Pool, Game Room, helpful mgmt staff on site, WiFi, all linens included, family oriented atmosphere.
The Marylander is a unique condo/hotel with amenities of a hotel (onsite manager, indoor pool, game room, sundeck, towels/sheets, toiletries, detergent) with the TLC of private owners. Pets ok during off-season only.

Queen bed and bunk beds in bedroom. Pull out sofa queen bed in Living Room. Full Kitchen with all major appliances. Washer and dryer combo in hallway. New mini splits with heat/ac in Bedroom and Living Room. Balcony with beautiful ocean and bay views, has bar height table and chairs. There is a desk and dining table in the condo. Indoor pool and full game room in the building. 65" smart tv in the condo. Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon and toys in condo closet.

Other things to note
Pets only permitted in building during off season from Labor day to Memorial day.
