$$$ NAME YOUR OWN PRICE $$$
When the nightly rate is set to $10/night, that is not the actual price, but what it means is that there's flexibility for those dates and you can name your own price. If we can figure something out that works for everyone then I'd more than happy to host you.
Please be sure to click on the "calendar" tab above the photos to see if the nights you're interested in are priced at $10/night.
So again, $10 = name your own price. This does not apply to any other nights on the calendar so please be sure to look at your dates specifically

Great space and attentive host. I'd gladly stay here again.
Very nice apartment, good location, perfect for our group of 7. Fouad was always available and very helpful
Lovely place in Park Slope. Very pleasant neighborhood and lots of restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. Close to two subway stops, so getting into the city is no problem.
Very well maintained, and rooms and sleeping space were not a problem. Great sized place with beds, foldouts, and room for everyone. Thoroughly enjoyed my trip by staying here. Parking was not too difficult on the street.
Host is very nice, hospitable, and attentive to all needs. Any and all questions were answered. Made it a truly wonderful trip!
So if you are looking for a pleasant New York experience, this is a great place to stay at!
Very Convenient. Easily sleeps 6-8. Great spot for incoming Marathoners and Marathon spectators. Good Communication. Painless check in and check out.
Fouad was a very accommodating host and the apartment had everything we needed. It was spacious and comfortable and in a fantastic location. I would highly recommend staying in this apartment.
Coming from Australia, Brooklyn and the apartment were a big culture shock. Dishwashers and internal laundries are standard in Australia but almost unheard of in NYC. Once you get your head around that, Fouad's place is a perfect base from which to explore New York City.
The nearest subway station (Prospect Av) is only 750ft away, an authentic Mexican restaurant (Country Boys) is on the corner and a handy laundromat is on the corner of 4th and 14th.
The beds are comfy and clean and the apartment doesn't seem to let in too much of the outside world's noise.
We were delighted to stay at Fouad's great apartment in Brooklyn. We were six adults, who all found a comfortable place to sleep and lots of room to sit on couches, chairs, and at dining room table.
Every room was spotless, beds were comfortable (with lots of pillows), and the renovations to kitchen and bath made this apartment feel just right!
We appreciated the fact that the R train is right around the corner, giving easy access to Manhattan. My only regret is not booking a two-night stay...so much to do and so much fun to have in NYC.
Fouad is an excellent and accommodating host, and I'd be happy to stay here again anytime.
Apartment was perfect for the 8 of us. It was close to the subway and lots of places to eat or to order in. Apartment was a cute 3 bedroom renovated unit with lots of old fashion charm. The host Fouad was always available and willing to help us with any of our needs. (Luckily we didn't have anything to ask for!) The unit was very quiet with only a little street traffic noise at night. Good place to call home for a visit into NY. :-)
To begin with, Fouad is a great host. He was very helpful and stayed in touched with me throughout my stay. The apartment is very cozy, neat, modern, and comfortable. The location is very convenient; great neighborhood. It was a great experience; I felt like home. I'm looking forward to renting this place next time I am in the area. Thank you very much, Fouad.
Fouad is very kind and helpful. This place is so close to the subway making you very comfortable to travel. It takes only 25 mins to China town. Room is pretty neat and clean. And yes, if having a chance, I will stay here again.
