The space
You will have access to the entire renovated house, and to all the amenities that Pocono Farms Country Club has to offer.

The house is a beautiful large open space.

The deck with gas fire pit, gas grill, private yard, with fire pit, strings lights, hammocks, outdoor games and table games. WE PROVIDE ONE PROPANE TANK FOR THE TABLE FIREPIT ON THE DECK, AND ONE FOR THE GRILL, AND LIMITED WOOD FOR THE FIREPIT IN THE BACKYARD, if any of this finish, is up to our guests to buy more.

The whole house has Split AC and Heating System. Our guests can control the temperature in each room.

Three bedrooms, one with a private full bathroom and another full bathroom. WE PROVIDE TOILET PAPER, SHAMPOO, CONDITIONER, SHOWER GELL, HAIR DRYER, HAND SOAP.

WE "DO NOT" PROVIDE TOWELLS, PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING YOURS, FOR THE BATHROOM, POOL AND LAKE.

Large master bedroom with a doble sink private bathroom, queen bed, chest, walking closet, two floor to ceiling windows with blackout curtains.

Second bedroom with a queen bed, large closet, floor to ceiling window with blackout curtains.

Third room with two twin beds, closet, floor to ceiling window with blackout curtains.

The three bedrooms has bedding sets, pillows, duvets and blankets.

The living room has a large, L shape comfy couch, 55-inch TV with home theater system, real flame electric fireplace, bay window with blackout curtains and throw blankets.

Well equipped kitchen with appliances, utensils, dishwasher, kitchen linens, detergent, cleaning products.

Wide, bright, open dining room with dining table with six chairs.

Private parking in the driveway.

C&J HEALING COTTAGE is located in Pocono Farms Country Club; you will enjoy all of the benefits that has to offer! Wristbands MUST be worn at all times to use amenities.

Please be aware that Pocono Farms Country Club reserves the right to close certain amenities for maintenance, private events, or unforeseen circumstances.
While we regret any inconvenience this may cause, these closures are beyond our control. No refunds or discounts will be provided if club amenities are unavailable during your stay. Your booking confirms your acceptance of this policy.

All the amenities are 3 min. driving, and 15 min. walking distance, from the house:

The Lakeside Grill & Pub: offer reservations or takeout gourmet menu, craft beer, cocktails and events. Open for lunch and dinner.

Outdoor Swimming Pool: Open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. From 11am-7pm

Lake with a beach: open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. From 11am to 7pm. Kayaks and Paddleboards are available from Wednesday to Sunday from 11am to 6pm.

Tennis - Pickle Ball - Basketball courts: open from dawn to dusk, equipment can be borrowed.

Fitness Center: this amenity has a fee based on usage only: $10 per person, per day. Open from Monday to Saturday from 8:30am to 4:30pm

Fishing: a valid Pennsylvania fishing license is required by those ages 16 and up along with a 2025 PFCCA amenity sticker, Fishing is catch and release.

18-Holes Golf Course & Pro Shop: you can enjoy an Art Wall Jr designed championship course and practice facility. The front nine plays past Gracier Lake and through mountain woodlands where the scenic views of nature make for an unforgettable golf experience. The back nine challenges golfers with well-manicured and deeply contoured greens.
Our gests must contact the Pro Shop to get information about prices, that depends on the day of the week and how many holes would like to play.
Lessons are available too.

Draving Range: available to practice your gold swing. It can also be a recreational activity itself for amateur golfers or when enough time for a full game is no available.

All our guest must be register 4 days prior the checking in day.

*The fallow amenities fees are based on usage only, and you can pay at Member Services when checking in:
Fitness: $10.00 per day per person.
Golf: depends on the day of the week and how many holes are playing.

The host will request the information for the registration.

Guests must check-in at the Member Services open from Monday to Saturday from 8:30am to 4:30pm BEFORE access to the house. If you would like to register on a Sunday, contact your host to do the arrangements.
