About this listing
Light streams into this spacious, beautifully unique apartment in the oldest, most charming neighborhood in Philadelphia… the historical city center.
Watch the horse and carriages trot past out of the original, oversized windows.
The overall feeling of the space is a warm and cosy one.
It is perfect for relaxing, cooking, and working.
There is one bedroom with a comfortable, beautifully dressed, full sized bed and a living room that comfortably sleeps 2 (separately).

This is the best location in Philly for a visitor coming to see the historic places, shop, visit the best art galleries and eat in the best restaurants in the city.

There is easy access to the Museum District (including the new Barnes Museum) by subway, bus or taxi. There are dozens of restaurants within walking distance, many BYOBs that are fabulous. One block to subway or bus; easy access to Convention Center, train station and airport.
Parking in the neighborhood is mostly metered. There are numerous lots directly downstairs from the apartment, which have early bird and overnight deals.
An absolutely beautiful place to stay. Cosy decoration makes you feel like home. Very convenient location. Hosts are very helpful.
I have had a great time in the loft of Bri. It is a very beautiful homely place. Everything was perfect. In a nice lively environment just two stops from the convention center (20 min door to door).
I would definitely stay here again if I am going to Philadelphia.
What a convenient host Bri was all along!! The place was super clean, smells fresh and was full of plants... The building was safe and the neighbors were calms... The place really was exactly what I have expected. I really had an unique and charming trip in Philadelphia and this place is a big part of it.
Bri was very accommodating! Her place was eclectic, private and clean. Easy access to SEPTA which made getting around the city easy. We had some travel time hiccups and Bri worked with us. Great host!
Location in Old Town was perfect, apartment was nicely appointed, comfortable, clean, and private. If we find ourselves back in Philly, we would not hesitate to stay here again.
Great host. Awesome welcome. Fantastic space.
Bri checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. She was really a fantastic host. Her space is excellent as well; it was necessary for us to use, but she had a washer and dryer which we could use if needed. Walking distance to historic sites and awesome food. We felt very safe when walking back at night. It was overall an awesome experience.
Bri was an extremely friendly host! I was in Philly for business and felt like I could really relax in her apartment. It is adorably decorated and is in an ideal location! Bri also gave me a fantastic restaurant recommendation called The Good King Tavern! If you're ever in Philly try that out!
