Located in the hip heart of Bushwick Brooklyn, The Swan Room is a small but well decorated room that is both comfortable and quiet. The building is located 2 blocks from the Halsey Street J train station, you're in Manhattan in 18 minutes!

The space
The apartment's living area is massive. Relax and rewind on the chill living room couch. Enjoy a meal on the 6 person communal dining table. The huge kitchen has everything you'll need to cook that meal too! The bathroom has a large shower with a rain shower head as well as a separate hose.

Please make sure your phone number on your account is correct, and you can provide that to us before arriving at our property. My cohost will be sending you the check-in guide by text (SMS) or ‎Whats App. Unfortunately, this is non-negotiable so if you don’t have a phone number that we can reach you, please do not book our listing.

Please be a personally responsible guest! There is a cleaning lady who comes once a week but you are expected to clean up after yourself in the meantime.

If you have another person with you, please make sure to update the reservation to two. We kindly ask that you do not have any guests outside the reservation in the apartment at anytime.

Please do not have any package/mail deliveries to the house. Unfortunately things get stolen. Please use a locker. There are several nearby. Amazon gives you the option to use a locker at the step of putting in the shipping address. Thank you for understanding.
