Hayden House is managed by Hillary Gibson. I am a native Hoosier & I grew up just down the street in neighboring Forest Hills. After relocating outside of Indiana, my family bought this house to be our home-away-from-home so that we can more easily come back and enjoy Indy. When we aren't visiting, we're happy to share our home with guests who are looking for a well-taken care of home with elevated furnishings. I have been a furnished rental family property manager for 10 years and have loyal guests who enjoy returning to our high quality homes as they appreciate an eye for detail and high responsiveness. Please reach out if you have any questions & I'm happy to answer.

THINGS TO KNOW
Hayden House was built in the 1940s, and has been updated nicely, while still featuring the original windows & original window hardware along with several coats of paint through the decades. A couple windows are inoperable, but most are in good working order and have new storm windows and screens. The fireplace is not available for guest use, however there is a Solo Stove for a backyard firepit. All kitchen appliances, water heater, and AC are newer. The hot water from the basement takes a couple minutes to travel up two floors to the showers. You may see our handyman tackling our yard on Mondays during your stay.
