Keep it simple at this cozy and private river rock home with 5 acres to explore in Damascus, VA. Take in the Mountain View’s from the hot tub or enjoy the spacious, covered, back deck. This home is a short walk to the creeper trail, Appalachian trail, local grocery store, and Main Street Damascus. During the summer months you can enjoy picking apples in the orchard and watch the deer and bear frolic through the field. Stay and hangout on the back deck or explore the town and all its charm!

The space
SLEEPING:
This home has 1 queen size bed and two twin XL beds. There is one bathroom. All beds will be made for guests and linens are provided for all stays.

OUTSIDE:
The front porch and back deck is covered. The back deck includes Adirondack chairs along with a dining table. There are two patios off from the back deck. One features a grill and fire pit. The other leads to the Hot Tub.

LIVING:
The home has a cozy living room with a TV and fireplace right off from the front porch. The back deck has French doors leading into the kitchen creating an indoor/outdoor experience. There is dining room with four chairs in between the kitchen and the living room.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home.

Guests will not have access to the 3 barns on the property.

No smoking in or around the home.

CELL SERVICE:
Please check all check in instructions prior to arrival. Cell phone service can be in and out. Connect to the WiFi for best use.

HOT TUB:
Please cover the hot tub when not in use. Soap, shampoo, or bubble bath is not permitted in the water. Failure to comply will result in an additional cleaning fee.
