The space

Our home boasts two spacious living rooms. The main living room is an inviting space with plush seating, a warm fireplace, and large windows that offer breathtaking views of Douglas Lake. Perfect for relaxation, this room is ideal for unwinding after a day of adventure. The second living room provides additional space for relaxation, featuring comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the outdoor patio, making it perfect for movie nights or casual gatherings.

Bedrooms:
This luxurious retreat includes 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom is an elegant sanctuary with a luxurious king-sized bed, tasteful decor, and an en-suite bathroom. Guests will love waking up to serene lake views right from their window. The spacious guest bedrooms offer comfortable queen-sized beds, ample closet space, and cozy ambiances, ensuring restful nights for everyone. Additionally, the kids’ bedroom is designed with fun and comfort in mind, featuring twin beds and playful decor.

Kitchen and Dining Area:
The fully equipped modern kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring high-end appliances, granite countertops, and a large island perfect for preparing delicious meals. Guest access
We strive to make your stay as convenient and comfortable as possible. You will have full access to our luxurious lakefront home during your stay. For your convenience, we offer self-check-in through a secure keypad located at the entrance. This allows you to check in at your leisure, without the need for a physical key.

Instructions for using the keypad and your unique access code will be provided prior to your arrival. Should you have any questions or need assistance with the check-in process, please do not hesitate to call or message us.

Other things to note
Please note the following important rules, mandated by our HOA, which must be strictly adhered to during your stay:

• No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking, vaping, and the use of drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises.
• No Loud Music or Noise: Loud music and noise are not allowed at any time.
• No Parties: Parties or gatherings are not permitted at any time.
• Quiet Hours: Please maintain quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM.

There will be no exceptions to these rules. Violations will result in immediate cancellation of your stay with no refunds.

By booking this property, you and your party of occupants, guests, or visitors agree to this Vacation Occupancy Agreement described above.

Please note that, in accordance with the law, there are exterior security cameras on the property for your safety. These cameras should not be unplugged or tampered with during your stay.
