Simon's apartment is the perfect location for staying in Rome! Rosangela met me at the apartment to give me the key and could not have been more welcoming and friendly. Every morning, I would wake up and walk to cafes for breakfast, and explore the city. There is a beautiful plaza at the end of the street along with tons of stores and restaurants. A million things to do in that neighborhood. The apartment has all the basic amenities and I always felt safe. Overall amazing experience, thank you simon!
Apartament w świetnej lokalizacji. Bardzo dobry dojazd z lotniska Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Wyposażenie i łazienka na dobrym poziomie.
My trip to Rome was great! The apt was neat and clean and perfect for our 4 days. We were greeted by Anne who was so nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was stocked with essentials we needed. The location could not have been better to walk to everything. I was with a baby so I avoided public transportation because of the stroller. My only frustration is that the internet doesn't work. That was frustrating because I wanted to look up sites to get info on Rome and it either would take forever or it wouldn't work at all. I found that if I unplugged it the first 3 minutes of it being plugged in again it would work. That was very frustrating and I hope that it can be fixed because traveling from another country made me dependent on wifi because I don't have a local phone and when it doesn't work well it was super annoying! Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment. Besides the wifi, everything else was perfect!! Thanks again!
I just got back from my weekend in Rome. In terms of the actual apt and location it was great, but i do have to say that my overall experience with the hosting was not all that good.
We arrived late and when we came to the apt, there was not even a bottle of water for us! I would have hoped, after paying this much money, plus the late fees, a bottle of water should not have been so much of a problem.
The WIFI in the apt is rubbish, it kept asking me to sign in on the admin page.
Finally, we were woken up at 7 am in the morning to full blown construction work right at the bedroom window!!!!!!!!!! If we would have known this was going to take place, we would not have booked this apt. This should have been told to us right at the time of booking.
The only reason why i am giving my overall experience a 2 star is because the apt was clean and location was great. Otherwise all else was fairly poor in terms of hosting.
We were greeted by a very friendly and punctual woman. She showed us around the apartment and explained the amenities and process for getting checked in and out. We got Wi-Fi set up right away, however it only lasted a few minutes and really did not work for our entire stay. This is similar to other reviews, so we did expect it. I would echo, Wi-Fi does not work at this apartment. In fact, it works 5% of the time, which is actually more frustrating, because you get a glimmer of hope and then it stops working.
Besides that, the place was clean and was nice and the air conditioning kept the place nice and cool after our hot days in Rome. We loved that. Please note there were a lot of scrapes and dings around the apartment and especially in the shower which was half drywall. The scrapes did not affect us besides the aesthetic, but it would be a good idea to confirm the damage with your greeter to ensure you are not blamed for it.
The location was great, less than 5 minute walk to the Spanish Steps. We walked to the Vatican a few times and it takes about 30-35 minutes.
Host communication was good. I had a few questions about amenities and travel to the airport and we received very prompt and accurate answers which we really appreciated.

About the Host, Simon James
I am a vacation rental manager and a few years ago I founded Rent in Rome: a company specialized in services related to tourism.
The idea of proposing vacations apartments is a result of experience achieved during many trips abroad made by the creators of the company.
The most important need is spending a holiday with great freedom and comfort , in more space than a hotel solution and at costs more than convenient. In fact, stay in a structure sponsored by us, means a kind of holiday "turtle like" that is bringing your own house together. Each apartment is equipped with all comforts, like everybody's own home.
On the website (website hidden) are offered lodgings rentals for holiday among private owners.
Every stay in the structures promoted will become an experience to recommend and possibly to relive.
We are very satisfied of what we do, because with do our best to make a nice vacation and to make know and appreciate our beautiful city.
