An inviting and comfortable 3 bedroom house with off-street parking, located centrally with easy access to public transit and all the major sights. Walk to the cafes and restaurants on St Clair Ave West or fire up the BBQ and relax in the back yard!

Available year round and appropriate for both business and leisure travel. Please inquire with any questions you may have!
You will have the house to yourselves during your stay, but I'm happy to make myself available any time you have questions or if you require something for the house. I'm situated nearby so please do let me know if there's something you need to make your stay more comfortable.
I've lived in the neighbourhood for 14 years and I really love the area. It's easy to get downtown but yet you feel like you're far away from the hustle and bustle of city life when you sit out in the back yard. There are lots of amenities nearby including restaurants, groceries, coffee shops, bakeries and parks, to name a few. I've highlighted lots of places in the Guidebook and am happy to provide more recommendations if you are looking for something specific in the neighbourhood.
Public transit (bus) to the St Clair West subway station is literally steps away from the front door of the house. You can also walk to the subway station in 10-15 mins or to St Clair Ave West to catch the streetcar in 7-10 mins.
If you have a car, there is parking in a detached garage (in the summer months) plus 1-2 outside parking spaces in the driveway (depending on the size of the vehicles).
The international airport (Pearson) is situated about 20 km away. The easiest way to get to the house is by taxi. An airport taxi costs about $45 but if you book ahead you can get it as cheap as $39. Other, albeit less convenient, options are available so if you'd like more information, please let me know.

Great warm house with a perfect, and well stocked, kitchen. Cindy is the perfect host, she is easy to communicate with, flexible and accommodating, we had to extend a few extra nights and it all went smooth, we will definitely be back again. Her place is perfect for business trips and family/friends reunions.
We were in Toronto for a week to attend a family wedding so 6 of us stayed in Cindy's home. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Loved eating breakfast on the patio outside and sharing meals around the diningroom table. Her place is very central with a bus stop almost right outside the door. We also enjoyed walking to restaurants on St. Clair West, especially "Asada" which is a Mexican Grill........not only delicious food but excellent service as well.
Great home, very clean, with lots of character. Thanks for sharing it with us, Cindy!
The house is lovely, large and well set up for guests. Making arrangements with Cindy was very easy. The kitchen is completely set up for cooking including all the staple foods you could want. Cindy had even stocked the refrigerator with some breakfast staples for us. Location was convenient and it was great to have off street parking in the city.
Cindy's house has been perfect for us!There are two comfortable bedrooms,a big bathroom at the floor,a beautiful kitchen, with everything you need to cook(also food left for us in the fridge!).There is also a basement, with a sofa and another bedroom. We enjoyed a lot the beautiful garden behind the house, and the chairs on the porch! The house is also very clean and well equipped.
Cindy is very kind and helpful, she suggested us a lot of places to visit,to satisfy our requests. If we return to Toronto,we'll surely come back there!!Strongly raccomended!!
