Please be respectful of the tiny house, this isn't a corporate hotel and I don't have a team of engineers to fix issues and managers to manage the tiny house.
We do everything we can to keep a clean house and to aid in that if you could pick up after yourself we would be greatly appreciative. On the morning of checkout if you could put all towels and linens in a pile for us to wash. Throw all your trash away, and clear any food items in the refrigerator as well. If we determine that there has been no clean up done we will request more money to handle the house on a case by case basis.
We allow pets however, they must be picked up after, and there is a $15 dollar pet fee per night per pet. This does not mean you don't have to pick up after your pets.
Only stayed here for one night and not even 24 hours but I wish I stayed for a couple more days. I was by myself and it was the perfect size for just me and so cute and cozy! Check in was super easy (good communication) and he was flexible with my somewhat busy schedule.
Super clean and well kept with even coffee and water stocked! The whole yard is really well done up and I felt pretty safe. The loft bed was also way comfortable.
Not a ton of space for kitchen or bathroom stuff but that's the tiny house deal for ya! The mini fridge and few plates and stuff was perfect for me tho. Wifi, parking, AC, and all other amenities were top notch also.
Neighbourhood is super convenient (with a car as most things in the Midwest) to drive to a lot of places easily.
Overall this place was among my favourite airbnbs I've stayed at and I highly recommend it if you're in Omaha.
Jamison was very kind and took the time to talk with us about the tiny house and it's building process. The house was cozy and felt very spacious. The color changing lights were a nice touch and overall it was a great stay!
I had a great experience in the tiny house. Jamie and his wife were very welcoming. The tiny house is really neat and clean and is located near neighborhoods with plenty to do. Jamie and his wife made some great recommendations on places to go for good eats. I would highly recommend the tiny house if your passing through Omaha.
Staying at the Tiny House was a fun and unique experience. The place gives you an appreciation for simplicity and quiet moments. Our daughter particularly enjoyed the loft area, the chickens and the quaint yard. Jamison was kind and welcoming, offering wonderful suggestions on places to check out in Omaha. The neighborhood was conveniently located near places to eat and stores to pick up things you may need, while being just a 10 minute drive to the Downtown area.
Jamison was very helpful with suggesting local spots to visit and we LOVED the tiny house!!! Clean, accommodating, and charming, it was an excellent first stop on our honeymoon.
Jamie and his wife are very friendly. They've got a nice quiet spot in their backyard to stay, with bees and chickens to boot. Their tiny house makes a great crash pad.
If you are planning on staying in the summer, I would caution that the sleeping loft is uncomfortably warm, and the window air conditioning unit is not sufficient to cool it down. My wife and I happened to stay on a 95 degree day and opted for the futon on the main floor.
We loved our stay in Jamison's tiny house! We stayed here for one night as a stop on a coast to coast road trip. Jamison was friendly and great at communicating with us about our arrival time, and gave us recommendations for Omaha restaurants. We also loved exploring downtown Omaha! The tiny house is in a beautiful yard with chickens, a garden, and even a beehive! The house itself was extremely clean, comfortable, and lovely! Would definitely recommend. It was my sister's first experience with a composting toilet, and she quickly got the hang of it and enjoyed it.
