The house is perfectly located regarding the Civita and is isolated in a peaceful area without any neighbors. If you plan to come by car, get ready to ride 200m "off road" to reach the house but it is feasible. Silvia and her parents welcome us and where very helpful regarding our stay and we had the opportunity to taste the home made wines. There were one playful dog and two baby cats, it's good to know regarding allergic people. At the end, we recommend the place for a short stay to visit the Civita.

A big thanks to Silvia for our great stay! Communication was easy and she came to meet us in Bagnoreggio to show us the way. The house was very rustic with plenty of privacy. We were even greeted with homemade wine and fresh eggs. There was a full kitchen, and plenty of room for our whole family. It is a 10 minute walk uphill to Bagnoreggio, but only a 3 minute walk to the bridge to Civita! Silvia was very sweet to provide some croissants, coffee and milk, plus the eggs from the chickens for breakfast, and a highlight of our stay was meeting her father, Castore, who loves taking care of the animals and orchards/gardens on the farm. He showed us his wine making operation and made sure we were well supplied with wine, and introduced us to Farfalina, the burro, who he rides in an annual race in town! He and his wife, Mirella, brought us gelato in the evening and we had a wonderful time talking with them on the patio overlooking the valley. There was also a dog, Mescal, and two very entertaining little kittens! This was truly a gem of a place, especially if you want a farm experience and appreciate the rustic quality of staying in a very unique rural location. Best if you have a car, as it would be a long walk with luggage, but I'm sure you could arrange a ride through Silvia!

Silvia's place in Bagnoregio was absolutely exquisite. We were greeted at the bus stop by Silvia and her family who were friendly and even gave us gave us two bottles of their homemade wine as well as breakfast for the morning of our departure. The house is very close to Civita and was clean and comfortable. They have a dog at the house who is very cute, but tends to jump a little bit which was fine for us, but is good to be aware of if you are afraid of dogs or have an allergy. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay and I would totally recommend it to anyone! :)

I had a fantastic time at this rental! Sylvia's parents were so kind and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They picked me up from the bus, settled me in and even invited me to dinner. Amazing location, so close to Civita, down a quiet dirt road. Perfect for relaxing and getting off the grid. No wifi meant I really focused on the countryside, and I got to stretch my Italian which was very fun. Thank you so much for the experience!

Silvia and her family were great hosts! At the arrival we were greated by the whole family, including Mescal (the dog) and Fiorellino (the donkey)! Silvia's father (Castore) is a fantastic person and showed us around with his scooter. The location can't be more ideal, so close to the bridge leading to Civita and yet so peaceful surrounded by the beautiful hills of Bagnoregio! A great stay and highly reccomended!

The ranch was perfectly located, very close to Civita. Silivia and her family were very very nice. They brought us fresh fruits and eggs, drove us to the supermarket. Her father works by the house, on his farm, so we got to know him a little bit more. He is one of the nicest man I ever encountered, so patient and helpful, I was shooting a film and he helped me out with the lights one night. x
