Check-in is possible all year Saturdays, also Mondays please ask if possible. Minimal stay 4 nights.The gîte is located right in the center of Barbizon. Ideal for 2 to 3 people or young families. Perfectly equipped with all modern facilities. It includes the following: A spacious bedroom with a Queen size bed and a single bed, (10€ supplement for the third perso/night) a flat screen TV; a large kitchen with dining area; a shower, WC and towel rail.

The space
The gîte is located on the property of an artist with its artist studio of the 19 century. You will be able to enjoy the beautiful floral garden in spring and summer. A bench among the roses to relax, garden furniture under the kiwi tree.
Please make sure to read all items and rules of the house to avoid unwanted reservations especially check-in and check-out dates.

Stairs towards the gîte are a bit steep

Barbizon the painter's village is world famous. Here started the pre-impressionnist movement in the 19th century. For those interested in culture you can visit the Auberge Ganne where the artists (JF Millet, Rousseau) stayed, Fontainebleau... For the sportive ones great spots for bouldering. Barbizon is an exclusive place to stay, beautiful properties, plenty of restaurants, cafés and galleries, 2 museums, a grocery shop, a bakery (open sunday all day long) a butcher ( also open on sunday morning), a pharmacy, a post-office and also an ATM.
