Parnell Square (Irish: Cearnóg Parnell) is a Georgian square sited at the northern end of O'Connell Street, and west of Mountjoy Square, in the city of Dublin, Ireland.
Formerly named Rutland Square, it was renamed after Charles Stewart Parnell (1846–1891), as was Parnell Street, which forms the southern side of the square. Surrounded on three sides by terraces of original intact Georgian houses, much of the southern part of the square and its centre is taken up by extensions of the Rotunda Hospital. The Garden of Remembrance is located along the northern side of this area. Its main entrance is on the eastern side of the square, with a smaller entrance on the northern side of the square.

The apt is very well located, just a few blocks from Luxembourg Gardens, the RER B and the Metro #4. It is on a side street surrounded by bakeries, cafes, and shops a short walk away.
The two bedrooms are comfortable, one facing the street and the other facing the courtyard. Both have double/queen beds with memory foam mattresses. The living room has a comfortable pull-out sofa. We were five women and found the apt very comfortable.
The kitchen is small but functional. We cooked breakfast everyday. The small dishwasher worked well and there were more than enough plates, glasses, and silverware.
The combined washer/dryer took a very long time to run. I recommend washing and then hanging the clothes to dry.
The shower/tub is separate from the WC which made having one bathroom very easy.
There is no air conditioning but the weather in late June was very comfortable and we never needed it. I didn't see any fans and keeping the windows open all night would have made the apt loud.
When we arrived we were met by Eric who went through all of the apartment details. He was very efficient but not overly friendly. We were pretty jet-lagged when we arrived and had to call MoLi for further instructions. The agents were very responsive.
I would definitely rent this apartment again.
Location was excellent, although the room facing the main road can get quite noisy with traffic noises, especially early in the morning. The manager Jean Pierre was waiting for us when we got there and on time when we check out.Overall happy with the whole process since this is my first airbnb vaction. The apartment itself was spacious and clean ,although the furnishing are a bit worn down.Comfortable and functional for sure, not quite luxurious, but fine for the price.
Very nice apartment, great location, my 2 little kids loved the attic..ideal for a family of four, response from the agency handling the apartment was immediate and outstanding. Perhaps the 1.5 toilets and showers were a bot too small and our cable TV didnt work. Overall a great experience!!!
All as expected. very good
Rachel and her team were a dream to work with. Quick communication, multiple options... they even responded within a few minutes when I had a noise complaint regarding the apt next door around 00:01 midnight.
What a beautiful apartment. Ultra convenient to metro/RER, eateries and Monoprix. 6-10 min walk to Notre Dame. 6 min walk to Luxembourg Gardens.
Neighborhood was nice, with typical Paris traffic/noise. We would definitely stay here and work with Rachel again. Thanks!
Apartment is great offer for 3-5 people going to the business trip to Dublin. Its located 5-7 minutes walking from office buildings ((website hidden), (website hidden) and other companies). Apartment is spacious enough for 5 people and have 2 bedrooms (one with two separate beds and one with double bed) and has two balconies with excellent city view and spacious main room with sofa, large desk for six people, kitchen with appliances and TV set.
Wifi was fast and reliable.
Apartment also located 10 minutes walking from Temple bar area but there are also couple of pubs and shops nearby.
We had a minor problems with check-in due to wrong concierge office directions, but this apartment definitely was a good choice.
Very nice apartment! Conveniently located, roomy and clean. The unit we were given was on the 7th floor so the view was not the same as the picture posted here. Definitely come back again.
The apartment at Spencer dock was quite comfortable although it really lacked any character. I also had quite a difficult check in as this was through a property management company, and there was a big confusion and miscommunication because I dealt with three different people, not an actual host. I was told to go to the office to get my keys, which I did and waited for 30 minutes out front while in fact the keys were at the apartment. It was a frustrating start to my stay to say the least. The apartment is convenient to the financial center, but isn't really a great place to stay if you want to be the center of Dublin or have more ambiance. The internet was also spotty, which for a very corporate apartment was surprising. The upsides were that it was very clean and the concierge was really nice and helpful.
