You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located property. Walking distance to gas, food, drinks, events, and UWS. A two-story duplex, this is the main level unit, 2 bedrooms and bath, kitchen, living room and shared laundry in the basement. The outdoor space includes a covered front porch, back yard with firepit, gas grill, and single stall garage for a small car.

The space
The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, bake-ware, utensils, dishware, drink-ware, flatware & linens. Garbage bags, dish soap & paper towels also provided. Electric stove, refrigerator, micro-hood, and small kitchen appliances include a coffee pot and toaster.
All the bedrooms have linens and closet space. Bathroom linens, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body soap & hand soap are provided.
Small kitchen appliances include a coffee pot, keurig, toaster, microwave & blender. We provide coffee, tea, vinegar and oil, and even spice racks for your cooking needs.
