This well designed, extremely clean, and modern space is located in one of Austin's oldest and most central neighborhoods- Swede Hill. Directly east of downtown, it is walking distance to many of the cities attractions, including east 6th street. I am an architectural designer with a clean, modern aesthetic. The house itself has recently been completely remodeled, complete with brand new bamboo wood flooring.

The house is located in the historic Swede Hill neighborhood of Austin. This is a tight knit neighborhood with a lot of interaction between neighbors, and a lot of interesting people around. It's walking distance to many hip restaurants and bars in east Austin, and also walking distance (about 20 minutes) to downtown. It's accessible to all of the most desirable attractions of Austin.
Austin is definitely most convenient by car, but this place is definitely walking distance to many attractions, and accessible to public transportation.
Leyla was a great host. From the moment we booked our trip, she communicated with us immediately and welcomed us to her home. We got in earlier than expected. I called her up, and she let us check in early, which helped us out. She provided a binder of places to eat, bars, entertainment, and tourist attractions that came in handy when we got hungry. She also provided clean towels as well as travel size shampoos, conditioners, soap, and toothpaste for us. Her house was very clean and very cute! Her house was easy to locate and in close range to plenty of bars and restaurants. 1-35 is also nearby so getting to Downtown or South Congress is very easy. I would recommend her as a host and would love to book with her again.
Leyla's house was beautiful and well furnished. It is in a very convenient part of town with quick access to downtown and UT. Everything went smoothly, and she was a great host.
Beautifully appointed home with plenty of character! Clean and tidy with easy check in and check out. Good location, a brief stroll down to the main road to hail a cab. Nice quiet street and we loved the front porch, especially the porch swing!
Booked Leyla's Navasota house for family for the weekend. It was a great house in a great East Austin Neighborhood. Leyla's took great care of us.
We had a great time at Leyla's place! The location is very convenient - we were able to get to different parts of Austin quickly (we did have a rental car). The house itself is clean and cozy with tons of natural light and two comfortable bedrooms with a full and spacious kitchen. Leyla left us great recommendations of things to do and see, and was kind enough to also leave us with bagels and coffee for our mornings. Couldn't have asked for more - this was a great trip! Would definitely book again.
This space was perfect! A super cozy spot with a great location. I would comfortably recommend anyone to stay here and would not hesitate to book it again in the future!
The reservation was canceled 3 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.

I've lived in Austin for 11 years- went to the University of Texas at Austin to earn a degree in architecture, and now work as a designer of restaurants, bars and houses in town.
I love traveling, yoga, good food, and excellent design.
