A beautiful quality 5 star villa approx. 4 km from the Ubud Palace which is the centre of Ubud. Rice fields surround the villa and at the rear is a magnificent jungle view. The villa is private with two very separate air conditioned bedrooms both with ensuites and private patios. There is a kingsize bed in the main house and a double bed in the smaller guest room. The pool is magical, overlooking the jungle with a large bale and outdoor kitchen along side. All visitors comment on the 'energy' of the place. It is truly peaceful and quiet.
The villa is typical of Bali in that the design is very much outdoor living with a separate covered outdoor kitchen and bale.
Airport pick up is available at the lowest rate. This is recommended as the villa is sometimes difficult to find for a driver not from Ubud.
Six days a week and for four hours a day there is a maid who cleans. She is happy to cook if you wish for an extra payment from you.
A gardener and pool person comes twice a week.
It is best if you hire scooters to get around. Drivers are very cheap to get to and from the villa.

We stayed for 4 nights - and loved it! The house is exactly as it looks in the photos. Surrounded by rice fields and forest. So quiet. The villa and garden was immaculately kept, the pool was lovely. The banana pancakes for breakfast were delicious!
Great communication with Sandy - she also arranged our pick-up, collection + onward travel to Lembongan. Perfect.
This was a great spot to escape the hustle and bustle of Ubud! The house is really luxurious, with a great outdoor area to relax. Myself and three friends slept comfortably, visiting Ubud during the day. Highlights were the pool, and the housekeeper who cooks a mean banana pancake.
One tip - the house is tricky to find so be sure to either take advantage of Sandy's driver to get there, or find a local who knows where the cemetery is (the cemetery actually looks like a shrine, it's right opposite the walkway to the property). In any case, Sandy and her staff are very helpful. You can't go wrong with this one!
Great little villa, perfect for a romantic getaway or a small family.
