Our lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath home will comfortably sleep, feed and relax 6 stress-filled vacationers. As you step into the cool, quiet entry you are greeted by soothing colors and clean-lined modern furniture. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, a microwave, electric stove and range, dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, and a nice deep sink to clean that fresh catch of the day. The washer and dryer allow you to pack light and have fresh towels for the beach. A flat screen TV, cable service, stereo and DVD player offer a myriad of entertainment choices. The master suite includes a spacious shower, walk-in closet and a king bed with memory foam for your sleeping pleasure. The foldout couch also has a queen size memory foam mattress. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with memory foam and a full bath right next door. Step through the sliding glass doors from the master suite or the living room to enjoy a beverage, snack or a few moments of tranquility on the screen porch. A short walk through the beautifully landscaped compound takes you to the on-site pool. Let the kids splash around while you relax or cook something delicious in the large covered grilling area that is poolside. Nestled in the lovely La Cita Golf and Country Club at the Haciendas your home away from home is only moments away from restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and historic downtown Titusville. Just around the corner is a large farm market where you can enjoy some of Florida’s freshest produce. A short drive down the road takes you to US 1 and the Indian River. Cocoa Beach, Canaveral National Seashore, Daytona Beach, Kennedy Space Center, Disney, Sea World and other attractions are a mere 25 to 45 minute scenic drive away. PlayaLinda Beach at the far north end of Canaveral National Seashore offers a nude area for adventurous travelers.
The entire condo is accessible to guests with the exception of the storage closet outside. There is also a pool and outdoor kitchen that is for the exclusive use of the Haciendas condos.
Interaction with Guests
We live out of state so our interaction with guests is usually limited to email and phone calls. There is an on-site property manager who can assist guests as needed.
This is a quiet neighborhood close to shops, groceries, restaurants and the river. Don't miss Perrine's produce on Hopkins. Be sure to stop by Studio Plus for an amazing array of artwork, household decor, kitchen goods and much more. Wild Ocean Seafood sells the freshest goodies the sea has to offer. Dixie Crossroads is a must go for broiled rock shrimp.
It's best to have your own transportation. Ample parking is available. Directions from Orlando International Airport are included when access instructions are emailed.
Acceptance of Rental Agreement indicates you have read, understood and accept the provisions of this document.
UNIT: Titusville, FL 32780 2-BR 2-BA condo
Rental payment includes but is not limited to: full daily, weekly or monthly charge stated in rental quote plus Florida State tax of 6.5%, Brevard County tax of 5%, cleaning fee of $30.00 and damage deposit of $250 payable to Patty Esparza. Check in date is the first date on the rental contract. Check out date is the second date on the rental contract, NOT the last night you will be staying in the unit. For example: 3-1-XX to 3-5-XX is a 4 night rental with check in at 4:00 pm on 3-1-XX and checking out by 11:00 am on 3-5-XX.
A deposit is required before a booking can be confirmed. This deposit and any other payment will be forfeited if the booking is canceled within 30 days of the rental date unless the property is re-rented at an equal or greater amount. A $25 fee is charged for all canceled bookings unless a forfeited deposit is equal to or more than $25. No pets are permitted. Property is designated as nonsmoking rental and all smokers are requested to smoke outside on the screen porch. The owner cannot warrant any fixtures, services or weather during your stay but will make every effort to effect a timely correction of any problem that may arise. This contract is between the guests and the owner of the property, and all moneys are to be made payable to the owner of the property. Use of the pool or any other amenity is at your own risk. All guests must agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the complex.
ALL RENTALS ARE PROVISIONAL UNTIL CONFIRMED BY THE RECEIPT OF THE PAYMENT This form and the rental deposit / payment are due within 3 days to confirm the booking. LINEN: Bed linen and bath towels are included. Please bring separate towels for use at pool/beach. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE: Check-in is at 4:00 PM; check-out is 11:00 AM. Fine for late check-out w/o request. SECURITY: Please make sure the doors are locked when you are away from the unit. PRIOR TO DEPARTURE: Tell us a little story about your stay in the guest book on the counter in the dining area, Strip the beds you use, Please do not remove the pillow shams nor remake the bed, Fold the bedspread and place bedspread and pillow shams on the dresser, Place the used sheets on the bedroom floor, Place the used towels on the tiled bathroom floor, Load and run the dishwasher, Throw out or put in fridge any food that may attract bugs, like flour, sugar, cereal, chips, Take out the trash to the big bin around the corner of the building, Turn the air conditioning up to 78 degrees, Lock the door and leave the key in the lockbox, Make sure the patio dowel rod is in place to secure the patio door. POOL KEYS: Two pool keys are located in a drawer in the kitchen. Lost pool keys are $5 each. Linens, bath towels, start-up supply paper goods provided. Housekeeping - after check-out clean only. Clean-up after a party or for a property left in disarray will be charged at the rate of $100 per hour.
