Great host communication

"JoJo" is 1 of our 7 charming cottages grouped together across from city beach. Located 2 blocks from city park and downtown stores and restaurants. Half a block walk to city beach, the lake and new splash pad. Walking distance to the historical Surf Ballroom as well as a variety of restaurants and lounges. Fully furnished 1 bedroom 1 bath with living room and dinette off full kitchen.
