"Billie Lou" is 1 of 7 charming cottages across from city beach. Located 2 blocks from city park and downtown stores and restaurants. Half a block walk to city beach, the lake and new splash pad. Walking distance to the historical Surf Ballroom as well as a variety of restaurants and lounges. Fully furnished 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage with living room and dining area and full kitchen. Front porch views of the lake and beach.
