Gables is 1 of 7 charming cottages grouped together across from city beach, built in 1950. Located 2 blocks from city park and downtown stores and restaurants. Across from city beach, the lake and splash pad. Walking distance to the historical Surf Ballroom as well as a variety of restaurants and lounges. Fully furnished 2 bedroom 1 bath with sleeper sofa in living room, dining area and full kitchen. Front porch and side deck views of the lake.
