"Millie" is 1 of 7 charming cottages, built in 1948. A 2 story 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage located 2 blocks from city park and downtown stores and restaurants. A short walk to city beach, the lake and new splash pad. Walking distance to the historical Surf Ballroom as well as a variety of restaurants and lounges. Fully furnished with living room and dining area and full kitchen, large deck with view of the beach and lake.
