Villa La Ferme is a private and modern 3-bedroom villa with en-suite bathrooms and a pool, ideally located for those looking for a short getaway in Phuket. It is just a 5-minute drive from Rawai Beach village for your island excursions and from Naiharn Beach, which has a large number of restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, and spas.

The space
The villa has been recently renovated, and it consists of a kitchen equipped and open to the living room which opens with a large sliding door onto the terrace. The 3 bedrooms each have their own bathroom/WC, and you also have a laundry room with its washing machine.

Guest access
The villa is surrounded by high private walls. It is not shared with other hosts. The villa has a covered parking space.

So, you have all the private indoor and outdoor space, ideal for vacations with family or friends.

Other things to note
As part of our security policy, we are required to collect a refundable security deposit of THB 10,000 upon check-in.

The full deposit will be returned to you at check-out, provided there is no damage to the property and the house rules have been followed.

You may pay the deposit in cash in Thai baht (THB) or the equivalent amount in US dollars (USD), euros (EUR), or British pounds (GBP) based on the exchange rate on the day of check-in.

Cleaning and Linen Policy:

To keep the villa clean and comfortable, we follow a specific cleaning schedule:

The first cleaning is performed after 4 nights, with a change of towels.

After 3 additional nights (the 7th night), a second cleaning is performed, with a change of towels and bed linen.

Extra cleaning services (with towel or linen changes) are available on request, but they are not included in the price and depend on our availability.
Feel free to contact us in advance if you'd like to arrange one.

For your comfort, the villa is also treated for pests every 3 months.

Not included:
Electricity is billed at 6 THB per unit (kWh).
A photo of the official meter will be taken upon arrival and departure. The difference will be multiplied by 6 THB.
