Come experience a house unlike any other in Des Moines. This unique Spanish-style home has a global personality and centrally located. Walking distance to many amenities and pet friendly! The words most often used by guests are warm, inviting, eclectic, spotless, charming, and peaceful.

PLEASE NOTE: Street construction will be happening Summer/Fall 2026 near the house. Access to the house and driveway should not be affected.

The space
Your visit in this cozy home features an extensive art collection from local and regional artists, as well as pieces from around the world. Enjoy two zen bedrooms, one with a luxury, memory foam queen and the other with a plush twin bed. The home also boasts a full kitchen, 1 1/2 bathrooms, and a sizable private deck - perfect for watching sunsets. The living room has a queen sized sofa bed featuring an air mattress top with coil support. In the basement you'll have access to an extra bathroom, sink, shower, laundry, and pool table. Your Iowa retreat also features a free breakfast bars, central air, and a coffee maker.

Guest access
You will have full access to the house and enter with a code for the key pad. A large driveway can accommodate 3-4 cars, in addition to the free parking on the East side of the street.

Other things to note
Pets are welcome with a $75 pet fee (includes all pets) and prior approval. Please note that the yard is not fully fenced, but there is a free dog park 2 blocks away.

This home also features a soft water system, a filtered drinking water facet and organic/natural products.
