Our home is ideally located on True Blue Plantation Resort ensconced in the natural beauty of this stunning 290 acre resort and only a 5 minute drive to Pawley's Island Beach, close to area festivals, attractions, shopping, fine and casual dining, historic plantation tours, bike trails, world class golf and so much more, this is the perfect home away from home for avid golfers, beach lovers, families and snowbirds. Our ground level home offers a spacious open floor plan living, dining and kitchen with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a screened patio with a view of the 17th hole. When designing our home, our goal was to create a relaxing, luxurious and comfortable retreat for ourselves and our guests. True Blue is a first-class, top rated resort. There are multiple pool and hot tub in areas located in the resort with one just steps from your condo. Also, there is a tennis court in the resort and an on-site restaurant, bar and pro shop at the club house. Out in back, just off the screened patio of your unit is a charcoal grill area and a view of the 17 hole.

I love the laid back, southern charm of Pawley's Island. Our home is located on True Blue golf course, it is beautifully maintained and offers multiple pools, tennis, golf and is only a 5 minute drive to the beach. There are plenty of local restaurants and shops. All the hustle and bustle in Myrtle Beach is only about 20 miles away when we want to enjoy amusements and entertainment.
A car is need to get around.

The beach is peaceful and pristine, and renowned for its surf. Fishing is available both in the surf and from our two marsh bridges. On the island are three fine launch boat ramps. Fishing & Boating:
With five freshwater rivers, the Intracoastal Waterway, swamps, saltwater creeks, bays, inlets and miles of coastline along the Atlantic Ocean, Georgetown County offers an endless adventure for boaters and fishermen. The black-water rivers in Georgetown County are beautiful and bountiful. Winding through miles of cypress swamp, these waters shelter bass, bream, warmouth and catfish year-round. Boaters also run up these rivers. They come to view the native species of birds and other wildlife, and to picnic on the dandy shores that breach the curtain of cypress and marsh on the water’s edge. Murrells Inlet provides boat, kayak, jet skis, and Wave Runner rentals or parasailing.
The Neck is a paved cycling and walking trail through woods, residential areas and over bridges from Murrells Inlet to Pawley’s Island. It encompasses 12 scenic miles. Beach roads are also very bicycle-friendly and are great for walking and inline skating as well.
Gun enthusiasts can head out to the county’s back country, where they’ll find several
Quail-hunting and sporting-clay facilities.
Huntington Beach State Park-
This 2,500-acre park is considered one of the finest bird-watching domains on the east coast. Among the waterfowl are the great blue heron, snowy egret, oystercatcher and eastern brown pelican. Hikers can venture through a nature trail that extends into the forest and winds along boardwalks in the marsh, where visitors can view alligators from observation decks.

Georgetown County’s rich history truly comes alive when you take part in oneof the many historic tours.
This is the country’s first public sculpture garden and has the largest collection of figurative sculpture garden; you will find the Low country Zoo where you can see native animals in their natural habitats. There is also the only known aviary built over an existing cypress swamp.
Pawley’s Island has many quaint stores and shops where you can find everything from art, souvenirs and artisan crafts. Don’t forget to stop by the original Pawley’s Island Rope Hammock Company .If you need more shopping, checkout the Tangier Outlets in Myrtle Beach.
Murrells Inlet, Seafood Capital of South Carolina. Murrells Inlet known for its wonderful restaurants and night life. Major entertainment in Myrtle Beach, SC to include live shows, dining, water parks, and amusement parks within 30 minutes north.
Responsible guests must be 25 years or older. Parents or guardians must be present during entire stay.
•No Smoking inside unit (ashtrays have been provided on the screened patio, please clean up after yourself)
•Leave unit broom swept, no food left in fridge, wipe up spills immediately, dishes washed, used towels left in bathtub. Do not put comforters, sheets or pillow in the tub.
•Please do not remove anything that does not belong to you from the unit
•Lock all doors and windows when leaving the unit
•Do not turn the air conditioning lower than 70o (unit will freeze up & no longer work)
•Do not take bath towels,blankets,sheets etc. to the beach
•Check-in 3pm check-out 10am strictly enforced (key codes will change at these times)
•Please be respectful of our home
Age Restrictions: Guests must be at least twenty-five (25) years old. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Accommodations: 8 in a three bedroom unit. 1 King sized bed, 2 full sized beds, 2 twin sized beds. All guest must be listed below on the Rental Agreement. Anyone staying in the unit not listed on the Rental Agreement will result in entire party being removed from the property and forfeiture of deposit and all rental payments
Linens: All rates include a setup supply of bed linens, bathroom towels and bathroom starter basics. For your convenience all bed linens and bath towels are provided in each unit. There is a $10.00 charge per towel for missing towels. Beach towels are not provided.
Check-in & out: Check-in begins at 3:00pm. Check-out no later than 10:00am is required (Additional fees equal to a full day’s rental shall be incurred for late check-out, this is strictly enforced). If guests are not present when cleaning crews arrive and have left their possessions in the house, cleaning crews will collect the possessions and remove them from the premises in order to prepare the house for incoming guests and guests will be charged $150 for this service. .
House Parties: Loud and boisterous parties will not be tolerated. Should a house party (chaperoned or unchaperoned) occur, occupancy would be immediately terminated. Should a parent check into a rental and later leave students or minors unattended, the students/minors will be evicted. No refund, including unused rental amounts, and security deposits will be refunded.
Annoyances & Nuisances: Loud and boisterous noise will not be tolerated. Televisions, stereos, or musical instruments shall be used with discretion so as not to disturb others. Excessive noise after the hours of 10:00pm is a violation of the local noise ordinance. No immoral, improper, offensive, or unlawful activity is permitted in the units or on the property. No activity is permitted which will affect the structural integrity of the property or adversely affect the property insurance coverage. All such activity shall result in immediate termination of occupancy and forfeiture of rent, fees, and deposits.
Conduct of Children: Parents are responsible for the general conduct of their children at all times. Children are not allowed to jump on furniture. Damage to any of the condo property or personal property of the owner and other residents will be the responsibility of the parent. Injuries to children due to misconduct will be the responsibility of the parents. An adult must accompany all children under fourteen (14) years of age in the pool area and playground per South Carolina law.
Grills: No gas, charcoal grills or other outdoor cooking devices may be used in units or on balconies, porches or hallways. Charcoal grills are provided behind each unit in safe areas for all guests. Guests are responsible for cleaning community grills after each use.
Emergency Procedures: If you discover a fire in the unit, please do the following: from a safe location, immediately call the Fire Department (911) and tell the dispatcher the unit number. Alert the other occupants in your building. Security is the responsibility of each and every guest. Depending upon the nature if the situation, guests are requested to notify Myrtle Beach Sheriff at (phone number hidden) or (phone number hidden) non-emergency or 911 for emergencies.
Hazards: No guest shall use or permit to be brought into the condo or storage closet any flammable oils or fluids such as gasoline, kerosene, or other explosive or articles deemed extra hazardous to life, limb or property.
Trash: To ensure that our properties are kept clean and comfortable, we require all guests to remove all trash and food from the refrigerator and pantries on the day of check-out. There is a $10.00 charge for any trash left behind. All trash and unit debris must be placed in secured, heavy-duty plastic bags and deposited in the dumpsters located on the property.
Condominium Parking: Parking is limited to four (4) automobiles per unit. Vehicles shall be parked only in marked designated spaces. Double parking, parking on the landscaping/grass, or along the curb is not permitted. Parking campers, boats, motorcycles or trailers overnight is strictly prohibited. Golf carts are only allowed on the golf course. Bikes should always be stored in the bike racks. Motorcycles & trailers are prohibited and will be towed.
Locked Closets: Owners have their personal property locked in a closet for their convenience. These areas are not included in this rental and are off limits for use.
Swimming Pools: Pool rules are clearly posted in the pool areas and enforced. Pool hours are 9:00am – 11:00pm. Children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the pool areas unless accompanied by an adult. Glass objects are prohibited at the pool. All renters are cautioned that they use the swimming pool, its equipment, and facilities at their own risk.
Resort Passes: Pool & tennis passes are provided in the unit. There is a limited number of pool passes per unit. IMPORTANT: It is mandatory that the pool passes be returned before check-out. A missing or lost pool passes will result in a $50.00 fee for each armband lost during your stay.
Keys: We use a key pad system instead of keys. Your personal code will be active from 3 pm on check in day and will expire at 10 am on check out day.
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests per condominium is limited to eight (8) persons. This is strictly enforced and additional guest will result in eviction with no refund.
Repairs: We cannot guarantee air-conditioning, appliances, or fixtures. There will be no refund upon their failure. We try to keep these units in good working order. Our best will be done to have any malfunction repaired as quickly as possible. . Maintenance of any kind by the Home Owners Assoc. for repairs, upgrades or maintenance of the property, buildings and surrounding grounds are out of the control of the owner and shall not be grounds for refunds
Upon Arrival: Immediately notify Margaret (phone number hidden) or (phone number hidden) of any missing or inoperative furnishings or equipment or any faulty or unsafe conditions, which may result in injury. Occupancy by you and/or your party shall be conclusive evidence that the unit is in satisfactory condition. During your stay, please promptly report any problems to Margaret so that our maintenance staff might attend to them efficiently for your safety and comfort, and for that of future guests.
Agents/Maintenance personnel are permitted to enter premises during normal working hours (8:00am to 6:00pm) for the purpose of conducting necessary repairs and/or maintenance.
Emergency Maintenance Safety and maintenance personnel are permitted to enter the premises after hours for emergency situations.
The guest certifies that he/she is at least 25 years of age.
Falsified Reservations: Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in or after check in will be removed from the property with no refund.
Liable: The owner of the unit, shall not be liable for any damages or injury to the guest or to any other persons, damages to any property occurring on the premises or any part thereof, or in common areas thereof, and the guest agrees to hold the owner of the unit harmless for any claims of damages or injury, no matter how caused. The owner of the unit will not be held responsible for acts of theft, vandalism, or other damage to guest’s personal property or vehicle. By accepting this rental agreement as the guest, you agree to be responsible for any damage to the dwelling or grounds and to the furnishings that occur during your stay through act or negligence of you, your family, friends, or social guests. You agree to surrender the property at the time and date specified in your rental in as of good condition as it was at the beginning of your stay, except for reasonable wear and tear, act of God, and/or causes over which you have no control. If unit is not left in satisfactory condition, you shall be charged for repair and restoration to satisfactory condition, plus lost rents. The TENANTS are responsible for the care of the premises, appliances and furnishings and for all damages caused by accidental, negligent or wrongful acts by the TENANT or TENANTS’ guest(s). The TENANTS agree to replace, at their own expense, or to reimburse the LANDLORD/OWNER for all losses, breakage or damage that occur during their stay, including losses, breakage or damage that may exceed the damage deposit. TENANTS agree to pay all reasonable costs, attorney’s fees and expenses that shall be made or incurred by the LANDLORD/OWNER in enforcing this agreement.
CHARGEBACKS: The TENANTS agree not to claim any chargebacks or credits from their credit card issuer for any fees charged to their credit card(s), including but not limited to advance rental payments, damage deposits, rental payments, taxes or any additional fees for lost, stolen or damaged items.
The guest certifies that he/she has read carefully the agreement and all limitations and guest responsibilities as set forth in this agreement, including charges for damages and liabilities and fully agrees to abide by such limitations, liabilities, and charges.
We enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and was not too far from the beach. The beds were super comfy! Great place to stay!
Margaret was great. She was helpful and open to questions. Would stay with her again. Condo is a great location for playing True Blue and Caledonia. Be sure to eat at Café Piccolo while staying with Margaret.

My family and I live in New Jersey but spend our vacation time in South Carolina. When we are not at a our vacation home we offer it to guest to enjoy. My husband and I travel with our teenage son and also enjoy bringing friends and family to our vacation home. We love to spend time golfing, boating, fishing or just relaxing on the beach when we are on vacaition.
