The Space

I am willing to share my space, I'm the owner. It is a renovated apartment of 60 square meters. It’s a sunny apartment, quiet and in the heart of Madrid. It is tastefully decorated, with my personal touch.

Guest Access

I have a room to rent, it’s perfect for one person, the room is small but it and can also serve for a couple (double bed of 120 cm). The room is equipped with a desk, computer, chair and a large wardrobe. Sheets, blankets and towels are included.

There is free Wi- Fi and free local calls as well as tourist information, maps, guides and my tips on nice places where to go.

Breakfast is included in the price (self-service), I always have coffee, tea, milk, cereal, bread , butter , jam and fruit available.

Interaction with Guests

You can use the lounge and kitchen and have your own space in the fridge if you want to cook and you can also use the washing machine and iron.

The Neighborhood

It is located in Malasaña, close to Gran Vía and Fuencarral. It's like New York's Soho. The neighborhood is in Malasaña and it’s called Tribal, there are cool, creative and innovative shops, restaurants and bars. It’s close to all the main monuments, art galleries and museums (Prado, Thyssen, and Reina Sofia), cinemas, theaters, botanical garden, the Retiro Park, and El Rastro (flee market).

Getting Around

Everything you need is within the area you won’t need to take transport to visit the main cultural tourist attractions, you can walk everywhere. There are several bus and subway lines, the nearest stations are Gran Via and Tribunal. The tour bus stops nearby Gran Via street. You can take the metro from the airport and it takes about 40 minutes.

Other Things to Note

Guests must be respectful and leave the house in the same condition they found it.
