About this listing
A lovely, modern apartment with terrace in a prestigiouse ancient building close to city center
The studio is on the first floor of a luxurious building of the early twentieth century, just been renovated and equipped with all comforts. Cozy and bright, is very quiet and well connected, at ten minute walk from Piazza del Popolo and at two metro stops from St. Peter's. The apartment is equipped with everything: double sofa bed with comfort mattress and, if you ask for it, a baby-bed, kitchen with stove and microwave (equipped with italian coffee and tea), bathroom (with spacious shower, cleen towels, hairdryer) a small study and a balcony overlooking the courtyard, free wi-fi, air conditioned, terrace where you can stay and eat!
The house is a 5-minute walk from the subway station, "Lepanto", and just below the door there is the bus stop for the city center. The area is completely flat, it is the ideal starting point to get around by bike along the cycling lane.
Via Oslavia is in the heart of Prati district, an elegant area in the city center. Seat of Rai - the pubblic television - and many offices, the area is full of restaurants, trattorie, bars and excellent ice cream lab.
There is a supermarket just around the palace and a colorful local market. Nearby is also a well-stocked organic supermarket.
The sofa bed, brand new, has a double bed, very large.
In case of need you can add for free your baby-bed.
The kitchen is complete with stove, dishes, refrigerator and microwave.
Two doors windows make the room very bright.

We enjoyed our stay. Francesca made checking in and out really easy and provided good types for getting the best out of Rome in the short time we had! Apartment looks exactly as it does in photos. Thank you!
Staying in Francesca's apartment was a really great experience! It's not located at the center of Rome but that's what gives this place its charm. You get more of a local feel than just being surrounded by tourists. But it's also a quick metro ride into the city center so you get the best of both worlds. It's also near the Trastavere neighborhood which is one of my favorite areas! The metro is only a 10 min walk from the apartment making commuting easy.. The apartment was spacious, clean and very cute! There are two small balconies making it even more charming. Francesca was both helpful and friendly via our written communication but unfortunately we never got to meet her in person as our schedules did not match up. I highly recommend staying here!
Location is great. Very residential but with many cafes. Supermarket also close by. Metro stop is close too. It's about 25mins walk to the Vatican. Apartment is compact but great for 2 people. We had great recommendations on things to do and where to eat from Francesca. Only negative was that the bathroom wasn't cleaned.
Voyage très agréable! Francesca est très disponible et de bons conseils. À recommander sans hésiter.
Francesca was a very helpful host, she was really kind and managed with the fact that our flight was delayed perfectly !
The flat is as descirbed and shown on the pictures. Clean, bright, handy and really quiet in the evening.
We'll definetely recommend staying there !
My husband and I stayed at Francesca's apartment during our stay in Rome and would definitely go back. The apartment was clean and spacious, in a great neighbourhood and building. It is short bus ride to both Piazza Navona (from there you can walk to a bunch of the major tourist sights) and the Vatican. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants around the apartment as well. Francesca was a great host, very easy to get in touch with and answered any questions we had. We definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Rome!
