Comfortable 1st floor studio apartment right off of the Graham L subway stop in Williamsburg with lots of light and a ton of great everything nearby (restaurants, coffeeshops, 3 stops away from Manhattan / East Village). Built in 2002, the building is rather new and in an extremely safe and hip neighborhood.
1 Queen size bed as well as a pull out couch that comfortably each sleeps 2 if need be, but the space is perfect for a solo traveler or couple.
Apartment of course contains full kitchen, bathroom, password protected WIFI, phone landline and has a lovely balcony as well as coin-operated laundry in the basement. I have lived here for 3 years and adore the location and convenience to get anywhere in Williamsburg and Manhattan within minutes.
Please contact me with any additional questions. I hope you enjoy the space as much as we do to rest, work, and/or relax.
Emily's was a truly gem of a place to stay. Upon my arrival everything was clean and laid out nicely. It truly felt like a home away from home, and was in the perfect location. Graham Avenue has plenty of great businesses and restaurants to visit. Never had the honor of meeting Emily as she was out of town, but I can tell you that she was timely in her responses to any of my inquiries, left the keys in an easy place to find them, and from what I can gather from her trophy collection - is an accomplished swimmer, and has won various gold and silver trophies in the sport. Well, as far as an AirBnB Host goes, Emily gets the gold.
Emily is a great host. She was always very quick to respond to messages and check in/out was very easy.
While not luxurious, her apartment has everything you need. It's pretty big for a studio. The Location is great. It is right by the L train (1-2 min walk), which means you have easy acess to all parts of Manhatten.
Emilys place was great, a quiet apartment but still a stones throw away from the hustle and bustle of Williamsburg. Getting the key was easy, and towels, linen etc were provided. There was quite a bit of stuff in the apartment, but to her credit she had done her best to stash it out of the way. The bed was cozy and the little balcony was a nice touch. The apartment also had one of the best showers I've ever been in :)
Emily was very accommodating and easy to reach. The location of the apartment was stellar, during our trip the L train became our best friend! It came often and took us anywhere we wanted to go in Manhattan with very few transfers! The neighborhood was also great because we never felt unsafe or had qualms about walking at night (even after a night of partying). There were various convenience stores and small markets open until wee hours of the night that had everything we needed and more (our favorite was Graham Market- just one block away). The apartment had all the necessary amenities and everything worked well. I recommend this place to any young couple who wants to explore NYC on a budget! Thanks again Emily!
Good location, very close to the L-train. Delis and cafes nearby. Emily was easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the stay a lot!
Emily's place was comfortable and in a great location. It was summer when we arrived, and we made use of the balcony. Emily wasn't there on our trip, but, left instructions which made good sense. Would definitely stay again, the location is perfect.
Emily's studio couldn't have been more convenient for our trip to New York. The neighborhood is safe and markets, pizza, ice cream, coffee and the subway are just around the corner.
The bed and sofa bed were comfy--the photos are showing you exactly what is there.
We didn't meet Emily, but in all her messages, she was very gracious and all her instructions were perfect.
I had a wonderful stay in Emily's Apartment in Williamsburg. Great food everywhere and a very safe and laid back atmosphere. If you like fresh carrot and kale juice they make it in the store on the corner. Everything was as Emily said and just had a wonderful trip
