There will be construction on parts of this property through July 2025 on Monday through Friday during business hours, and possibly the occasional Saturday. The construction should not physically interrupt your guest spaces, but there may be some noise. We recommend street parking along the cross-street. Driveway parking may be available but not guaranteed. Please note street cleaning in the neighborhood occurs on the 1st & 3rd Wednesdays and/or 2nd & 4th Fridays of the month. We are not responsible for parking-related fines or damages.

There is a strict NO SMOKING inside the house policy.

No outdoor music is allowed after 8 pm. Loudspeakers, DJ or karaoke are not allowed at all times.

This listing and property location is pet-friendly. There is a limit of 1 pet per stay for $40 pet fee. No extra guests or pets allowed without host approval. Pets are not allowed on furniture. If linens or furniture are damaged as a result, you may be charged for replacements of damaged items.

Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request for an additional fee and is subject to availability.

The unit has A/C and heating. The thermostat is located by the front entrance, next to the writing desk.

For property security reasons, there are surveillance cameras installed outside.

Please note that we don't have access to the mailbox.
