  • It was ok, but nothing more. The room and the kitchen weren't particularly clean and we just met once the host to get the keys at the beginning of our stay. However the place is well connected, pretty much in the centre of the city and quite cheap for 2 people.

  • (I'm Italian) I stayed in Luca's apartment for two weeks in January. I was in Rome for job but anyway Rome is always very nice even if it's raining cats and dogs.
Luca was very discreet and available when I called him for help.
The place is close to the public transports (coaches, subway, and train) and not far from Villa Borghese. There are many shops and restaurants around, and also many coin laundries (in Italy it's almost impossible to find a dryer into any kind of appartment).
There is a big living room, a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom were quite comfortable. There is good wi-fi connection and good heater system. He was not a clean freak (I'm talking about the kitchen), but bedroom and bathroom were ok.

  • We stayed in the apartment during the recent holidays and our general impression was quite (email hidden)e room and bathroom was not clean. The duvet/bed was in great need of washing. The apartment smelt of cigarette smoke so if your allergic it is a problem. There was a lack of light in the room, your only option was the big lamp in the ceiling. The kitchen also felt filthy and did not invite for cooking. We could not find any washing liquid to do the washing up. The host is clearly only in it for the money and has a very impolite attitude. The location is ok with lots of restaurants around. I find it hard to recommend to hire this appartment.

  • The location was perfect for Rome, on the bus route 90 direct to Termini station & within walking distance into the centre. Close to Porta Pia.
Lots of shops & supermarkets close by. Great cafes etc..visit Danieli on Margarita.
Room is a good size & private. There is good small kitchenette if you need & fridge & washer & dining area, these are shared.
Shower is adequate for short stay not powerful & requires fine adjustment.
Wifi is fast & password enabled.
If visiting in summer..there is no air con !

Convenient Location for visiting Rome but beware of the smokers & secondary smoke it's everywhere & could spoil your stay.
We are non-smokers.. There are smokers in the courtyard & it permeates and infiltrates into the room quite strongly. Some days & nights it was overpowering.

All in all a good location and safe. It's worth considering if you are visiting Rome. Great value for money ! :)

However, the bedroom was very dirty, the bathroom wasnt clean too and the wc smelt like pie.

  • The location was great, fantastic transport to central Rome too. There is an amazing cafe and patisserie on Viale Regina Margherita on the left, just 3 minutes from the flat. All pastry and coffee are €1, and they are fresh and delicious. The room was a little different from what we expected, but overall it was fine. Thank you!

  • Hi,

flat was nice, but really dirty. I think bed was not cleaned for months.

Bathroom was really small, I'm 180cm tall, but I had really big problems to take shower there.

But there wasn't any other problem... (we met Luca [I'm not sure if it was him] for 10 seconds third day after we arrived, before we met just some friend who gave us keys.

  • we had a comfortable stay at Luca`s place. Good location. only 10-15 mnts buy bus to the termini. you can take no 90 or 60 .bus stop is just outside the apartment.
the room is comfortable. you have your privacy and good thing is you have your own bathroom. shower is a bit dissapointing. but managable for couple of nights. unfortunately we could not find a kettle in the (website hidden) we could not have tea in the morning.
Luca was a nice guy eventhough we saw him only one time at the arrival. recomend this place.

  • Luca has a nicely located house not far from downtown, by taking a bus. On the day of arrival, Luca waited until 11pm to open the door for me. No problem at all with the apartment.

  • I recommend this house for the future Milan visitors.
Near to the central, calm atmosphere, nice facilities they have. And most of all, the hosts were nice, kind ppl I've met. They are really good:)
