Only infants and children below 2yrs old are waived of accommodation fee. Our prevailing base rate per person per night shall apply to all adults and children 2 yrs old and above.

Please keep in mind that we are not a RESORT. It is our guest house that is located in the same compound where our family lives. We ask that our guests respect our property and leave the place as you found it. We have housekeeping staff who works for us in cleaning and preparing the rooms before and after guest stays. Extra services like dishwashing, grilling and/or kitchen assistance may be arranged prior to guests arrival but for a fee and subject to availability of on call staff.

Intimate party or special event for a maximum of 40pax may be allowed on a case to case basis but subject to approval of host and additional charges will apply.

Day stay guests / non overnight guests will be charged a fee of P300.00 per pax (depending on the total no. of guests and duration of stay). Curfew time for non overnight guests is until 8PM or the time agreed upon between hosts and the guest in charge of the reservation.
