Welcome to Unit 321, "Rest Ashored," your serene sanctuary and the newest addition to the Sea Gypsy Rentals, where the space is so cozy that it invites you to anchor down and unwind in coastal tranquility.

Accommodating up to six guests, with a king bed in the private bedroom, a versatile queen murphy bed, and a cozy queen pull-out in the living room. Two bathrooms mean never having to fight over space to get ready, and with a fully stocked kitchen, you can whip up delicious meals to savor, creating unforgettable moments by the sea. But it's the breathtaking ocean view that steals the spotlight, captivating you from sunrise to sunset. Recently renovated,  "Rest Ashored" exudes elegance and charm, ensuring a top-notch stay.

Guest access
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There, you will find a key that will grant you access to our indoor, heated saltwater pool and dry sauna.

This is a third floor unit, there are 36 steps required to access the unit.

Other things to note
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.

There are three gas grills on site available for guest use. They are located next to our sparkling pool.

The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

I own four condos at the Sea Gypsy in Lincoln City, Oregon and manage 56 more for my friends and neighbors here. I have so much fun helping people connect to this great place that has a front-row seat to Mother Nature's greatest attraction: the beach! I'm a Beavers fan who enjoys wearing face masks, rubber gloves and hanging out six feet away from my best friends. I like to go to Zoom meetings on the weekends and take short walks on the beach.
