This basement apartment in a protected old building is located in the middle of beautiful Berlin-Charlottenburg. Surrounded by restaurants, bakeries and close to the ZOB exhibition grounds. As well as bus and train connections 2 minutes away.

The space
The two-room apartment is divided into a living/sleeping area and a kitchen/dining area, with a newly renovated shower room.
The living/sleeping area offers an electrically adjustable box spring double bed (160 x 200) and also a couch with sleeping function. Another person can sleep on the couch, or two if you agree. A cozy desk corner is also provided.
The kitchen dining area has a dining table for up to 5 people and a complete kitchenette. Equipped with a coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A fridge with freezer, microwave and oven as well as four ceramic stovetops.
