The left side of the carport is all yours. Please use the thermostat in the kitchen to control the heat, and use the thermostat on the air conditioner unit to control the cooling.
I think this might have been my favorite place to stay in my travels. Her place was spacious and well-equipped, the bed was comfy, the location perfect for my work, parks, foothill trails, downtown area. I wish I could stay!
Lisa's place is great. Just enough space to relax and kick back. Easy access to downtown and the foothills. Great and helpful neighbors. Will definitely book again the next time I am in Boise. Thanks again Lisa!
We recently moved to this area and needed a place to stay while our house was being remodeled. Lisa's home was ideal, with hiking trails literally out the back door. It's very comfortable, with all the amenities, and nicely decorated. Lisa even rearranged some furniture for us and was able to extend our stay a few weeks. Highly recommended.
This property is situated in a great location. It is not far from the city and an easy distance from all desired amenities. There is access to hiking hills right off the patio. It is very spacious with ample living and storage areas. The carport was greatly appreciated in the summer heat. The upstairs neighbors were very helpful and friendly.
The host arranged for the carpets to be cleaned directly after I communicated there was an unpleasant odor. I did expect more cooking utensils than were provided but this would be easily remedied.
Overall it was a nice place to stay for a month and I appreciated the ample space and amenities this property provided.
Lisa was very generous and thoughtful, having already stocked up the place with basics that we needed for our extended stay (paper towels, laundry detergent, coffee, etc..). When it became (unexpectedly) very hot, she installed a portable air conditioner to help keep us cool.
The location of the house is very convenient to the North End, Camelsback Park, Hyde Park and the downtown/BSU/greenbelt area. The queen bed was nice and although I found the futon a bit too firm for my liking, my son thought it was fine. There is a hammock outside the house that is great to lay on and read. In general it is very quiet, although the next door neighbor does like to play music on Saturday nights.
I would not hesitate to recommend Lisa or her place to anyone wanting to visit Boise.
