If you're driving, we encourage guests to use nearby parking lots, as our building does not have parking.

The Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking from April 1 - October 31, 7 days per week, from 8 am-Midnight.

Parking is free in Town of Provincetown lots from November 1 - March 31

The closest large parking lot is the MacMillian Pier Parking lot, located in the center of town by Lopes Square. Open 24 hours a day from April 1 - October 31, 7 days per week, 323 parking spaces, $4 per hour, $40 maximum per 24 hours.

If you're lucky, you'll grab a spot in the Johnson St. lot right behind Pepe's Wharf. Only a handful of spots there and they are often full during high season, but work a peek since you'll need to drive past it anyway if you're headed to the MacMillian Pier Parking lot.

Another option for overnight parking is Provincetown Public Parking, located a short 5-minute walk at 134 Bradford St. opposite Provincetown Brewing Co.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire vacation home, including all rooms, amenities, and outdoor areas. This includes the fully equipped kitchen, stylish living room, comfortable bedroom, and private deck with dining and relaxation areas. Enjoy smart features like WiFi and motorized blinds for added convenience. Additionally, guests have access to the beach and nearby dining options.

Being part of a residential community in Provincetown, it's important to be mindful of noise levels to ensure a harmonious experience for all residents. Please be aware that noise might travel among the homes on our street, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. Most of the time when we’re there, we hear nothing.
