Spacious two floor apartment with two balconies and a sea view in a quite part of town, walking distance to Old Town of Dubrovnik.
The apartment is located on second (last) floor of the building. The apartment has two floors, on bottom floor there is entrance, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa that can be extended into double bed, dinning area and a balcony. On upper floor there is a single big room with three single beds and a balcony with a sea view. The apartment is quite spacious, it has little over 70 m2 and there should be enough place for all of you.
In the apartment you will find everything for a comfortable stay, towels, linen, hair dryer, fully equipped kitchen with dishes, vacuum cleaner, iron with ironing board, washing machine, cable tv, wireless flat internet connection and an air condition on both floors.
Interaction with guests
Someone will be at the apartment during check in procedure to help you settle in and that's it. If you need anything I'm always at your disposal via email, sms or a phone call.
Other things to note
On the ground floor of the building you will find a market for basic groceries (open on Sunday too).
If you are arriving by car there are are lots off free parking spaces all around the apartment which is rarity for Dubrovnik.
On days where we have a "change over day" situation I must me strict about check out time latest by 10:00 AM and check in after noon, so cleaning service can come and prepare the apartment for next guests. On all other days we can agree on check in / check out time. The apartment is located in a small apartment building with mostly permanent residents and it is custom that there is peace and quiet from 14:00 till 17:00 PM, something like "siesta" :)
In addition, recently we had very bad experience with some younger guests...they throw a party for couple of nights leaving the apartment building awake all night. Neighbors in the apartment building are all permanent residents, mainly older and some of them even seriously ill and house rules clearly says that after 10PM there should not be any excessive noise and parties. Now, I must say to all my future guests to pay attention to this.
My wife and I live and work in Zagreb (Croatia capital) but we are both born and raised in Dubrovnik. I'm a 37 year old mechanical engineer working as a design engineer in car industry.
My parents Pero & Gordana who live in Dubrovnik usually welcome all guests to our apartment and they are big help in our renting business.
