I had a nice stay in Debbie's and Husseyns room. It is spacious and you I had all the facilities I needed. Beeklaan is a good location, since you can easily go to the railway station, the city centre and the sea; and there are many shops in the neighbourhood.
Nice, little room, big enough for two people. The kitchen and the bathroom were small but comfy. The church outside was very loud but you get used to it;) Huseyin, Debbies Husband, was very nice and supportive.
I stayed at Debbie's apartment for a week with a friend. I have no negative comments to share - it fully exceeded our needs! Everything was clean, the neighbours were friendly and helpful, the location is easily accessible via tram and the apartment itself is very spacious! All-in-all we had a great experience.
I had a pleasant stay at Debbie’s apartment - Beeklaan str. I lived there one month without any problems. The room itself is ideal for longer stays, cause it is quite big (just check the photos). You can walk to the city centre (20 min.) or take one of the trams (8 min.). Debbie was very helpful before and during my stay when I wanted to know something (public transport, city, neighbourhood, accommodation itself...). Thanks
We had a wonderful stay at Debbie's spacious room in the Hague! The room is very large, with a bedroom and comfortable living space combined. Debbie and her partner were very gracious hosts, but we also had plenty of privacy in the house, including use of the well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Everything in the house is very modern and comfortable. Transport into the city was easy and fast, though walking to the centre was beautiful and only took 15-20 mins. This excellent accommodation was certainly a large part of how much we enjoyed the Hague! Thanks Debbie!
I had the great plesure to stay at Debbie's and Huseyin's place for six weeks. I had no problem to find the house after all the information I got from her the days before I arrived. The room is -as said, very spacious, well furnished and very private. During my hole stay I could have said that I was alone in the building because of the soundproofing. The shared kitchen and bathroom were fine, and as the room, I would have said that I was the only one to use them because of their discretion. The house is located in a pretty quiet neighborhood and very close to supermarkets and other general stores. 10 seconds away from the entrance is a tram stop that goes across the city from the train station to the beach :) other lines are up and down the street. Very well comunicated. Because of my" kind of long stay" I got a bike and then I realized how centric the house was. It took me 10 minutes to go almost everywhere in the city. I will certainly try to stay there when going back to The Hague.
Debbie and her husband were phenomenal hosts. She greeted me at the train station, so I wouldn't get lost in my jet lag state of mind, provided me with a public transportation card, and showed me the best kabob shop in town; AND they're holistic!!! Their home was easy to find, since it is right in front of church which made it easy to navigate my way back by watching for the tall steeple. Most importantly, I appreciated that they helped me get settled in by answering a handful of questions.
The room had its own living room, was very private, quiet, and had its own key. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was a bit dusty, but she quickly cleaned it for me, since I’m sensitive to dust. I appreciated how I had full access to their kitchen and bathroom, which was kept clean and was recently remodeled.
Debbie and Hussain were delightful hosts. Always had a welcoming smile, were very personalable, an absolute joy to have spent time with. Plus, since she was born and raised in Den Haag, she had a lot of insights and is extremely familiar with the city. I highly recommend that you stay with Debbie and Hussain!
