WHOLE FLAT Btw Termini & Colosseum!

Extremely convenient location to Termini- walking distance approximately 10-15 minutes and not complicated. Antonella was very sweet and sat with us and showed us things on the map we needed help with. The room is very precise- everything you could need is there and would be suitable for no more than 2 people, maybe 3 if someone slept in the loft. Overall, what you see is what you get and we were very happy.

Everything was as described. The host very professional. Good value for one-night stay in Rome.

Antonella's apartment was a good base for visiting the main city attractions either by walking or taking the metro, with a supermarket nearby which was useful as well.

The room was sufficiently big although lacking in storage space for clothing. The room was private however the toilet made a noise which was a problem when using it in the middle of the night.

Overall a pleasant experience and would recommend to visitors to Rome

It is a little apartment, but cosy, clean and close to subway station. Antonella was very kind and helpful with us! If you need a place to take a shower and a good bed to sleep it is perfect!

Luca was great and very helpful. We booked last minute and Antonella was quick with a response to confirm availability. Without previous experience in Rome we found out upon arrival this was not as close to the attractions as we had hoped. Apart itself is quaint but does the job. If you need room to practice yoga, this place is not for you.

The listing was exactly as expected. Antonella was helpful and provided information about the surrounding neighborhood. No problem communicating or checking in.

We stayed in Antonella's flat in Rome for two nights and i have nothing but great things to say about the flat itself, Antonella, and her son Luca. Although our paths never crossed with Antonella she was very helpful and quick to respond to any of our questions/messages. We flew into Rome late after all the public transportation from the airport was done running. Our only option was an expensive cab ride but she went the extra mile and said her son Luca would pick us up at the airport for about half of what the cab would have cost! so great! The apt itself is clean and comfortable and in a great location. Super close to metro stops and very close to the train station that we took out the morning we left (both the metro and train station easy walkable distances). We would 100% go back and stay at their place.

Antonella's apartment is in a great location. 20 minutes walk from Termani train station, 5 minute walk from Manzoni Metro station (on the same line that stops at the Vatican.) The apartment was clean, Very cozy, quiet at night, walls a little thin, very tight kitchen and bathroom (if you're bigger then me, 5'7, 160lbs, the shower maybe a tight squeeze) but it's the city you want to explore! Great place if you're on a budget.

We had a great time in Rome! Antoinella's flat is in a great location- we got where we wanted to go easily, and that means all over the city since the his and metro stops are very close by. The flat is full of amenities and was a perfect location for retreating to each night.

If you want the bestest host, the most beautiful house, the most knowledgeable Rome guide look no further.
Luca's place is so central you will have much to be entertained with by simply walking around in the area or even take the train from the walking distance stazione Termini for some italy exploring. I have stayed in their compact and beautifully furnished place many times and i can honestly say that rarely you will feel so comfortable and so welcomed. The place has everything you would ever want or need and the big and bright window overlooks the quiet inner court yard allowing you rest peacefully at night. Ask Luca for any sort of advice or information and he'll be like your personal travel estate. Seriously, you will have no regrets with staying at this place. Enjoy!
