The Space

Large and very light luxury studio apartment in the heart of bondi, 1 minute to main street (Hall st) and 4 minutes to beach. Surrounded by great cafes, bars and restaurants. The perfect location in which to experience the Bondi LIfestyle. Walk the coastal path, take a swim and sauna at Icebergs pool, have a cold beer with fish and chips by the Beach at The Bucket List.

Apartment is modern and incredibly light year round as on top floor with large North West facing balcony. In security building with elevator. Great coffee shop downstairs. THIS IS A NON SMOKING APARTMENT, NO SMOKING INSIDE OR ON THE DECK.

Relax on the daybed on the huge deck surrounded by mature fruit trees and greenery. Or meditate in the spooky serenity of the egg chair....

Apartment comes with free wifi, TV, internal washing machine & dryer, reverse cycle air con, kitchen, fridge, kettle, plates, cutlery glasses etc. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided.

Large modern bathroom with power shower.

Unit is furnished with designer furniture, two seat Corbusier leather sofa, designer egg chair and teardrop coffee table, complemented by Brazilian cow hide rug.

The Neighborhood

Bondi has everything for a great holiday, world famous beach, great cafe's and restaurants on your doorstep and easy access to explore the rest of Sydney. Go crazy or just chill out.

Getting around

The 389 bus to Bondi Junction (for trains) stops outside and its a short walk (3 minutes) to Campbell Parade for buses to the city (333).

Other Things to Note

Check in is 2pm, Check out is 10am (late checkout by arrangement if no guests coming in that day)

Keys will be in a key safe, code provided on accepted booking.

PARKING - there is no off street parking at apartment. Outside is timed and paid, one block away is timed and free, two blocks away (Wellington St or anywhere north of Blair st) is untimed parking. I advise parking in untamed areas.

For CHRISTMAS week and NYE week I require a seven day booking for Christmas and a six day booking for NYE (apt is booked from Jan 2nd). The only day a changeover is possible is Saturday 27th, therefore your booking must do one of three things.

1) include all 13
days from Dec 20th to Jan 2nd

2) start on or before Dec 20th and end on Dec 27th

3) start on December 27th and end on Jan 2nd (booked from 2nd so this is a six day booking)

If these criteria are not met i will decline the booking, these are pretty much the only bookings i decline.

There is a dishwasher in apartment, but is not working, (leaks). Please wash dishes by hand, thank you.

If this is booked, also try our house in Bondi (listed under hosts other properties). its a 5 minute walk to the beach, lots more space, off street parking and a great escape from the bondi madness!

  • Nice apartment, clean and tastefully done. Great location right where the action is in Bondi Beach area, and just a few minutes walking from the beach. Yet quiet, as it is just around the corner from the busier Hall Street. Easy bus connection to Bondi Junction from where the whole city and the airport are easy reachable.

  • Amazing place. STEVE IS VERY RESPONSIVE AND HELPFUL. (Caps were unintentional:) it's actually even more beautiful in person...which is impressive considering the pictures. .loved it! I only wish I could have stayed longer. Would recommend to everyone it's where I would stay again without a doubt. Thank you!

  • My parents enjoyed a two week stay in Steve's apartment.

    Bondi isn't know for it's modern deck outs but this apartment was Stylishly decorated with all the latest mod cons. The place was immaculately clean.

    The apartment is perfectly located, minutes walk to beech and surrounded by some of the best restaurants bondi has to offer.

    The outdoor balcony area is a great addition and a great place to enjoy some afternoon sun.

  • Fantastic location in Bondi. Around the corner from the main strip of restaurants/shops and a short stroll to the beach.
    Easy to find, easy access and Steve was available for our questions and very helpful.
    Apartment is beautiful and that balcony was beautiful to relax and read.
    I will def stay here again on our next trip to Bondi!

  • My first AirBnB experience. Hopefully they're all this smooth and nice.

    Great location and Steve was very responsive and easy to reach. When I made my booking, and having never been to Bondi, I was a little concerned that the apartment wasn't right on the beach, but I got over that as soon as I arrived. A nice 5 minute or so walk down to the center of Bondi Beach and also the start of the Bondi to Coogee Coastal Walk, which has some great spots to watch the surfers and take photos. For eating and drinking options, don't just check out the main streets (Hall & Curlewis) as Glenayr also has some nice cafés, restaurants and bars that are a little more off-the-beaten-path. The apartment itself was clean and well-appointed and the funky speakers were great to hook my iPhone/iPod up to. The balcony was nice and relaxing, aided by the plants/trees and generally quiet street. One small technicality - I would describe the apartment as more of a studio than a 1 bedroom penthouse, but that shouldn't detract from this otherwise positive review. I would definitely stay here again.

  • We booked Steves apartment for friends visiting from Sweden.. I have to admit I was a little jealous as the apartment was absolutely lovely.

    Perfect location.. perfect apartment! Next time I need a break I know where I will be heading. :)

    My advice -- forget the pricy small hotel rooms - do yourself a favour and book this apartment now!

  • Steve was fantastic, the apartment is perfect for a couple and in one of the best locations in Bondi. The outdoor space is incredible and the apartment is beautifully appointed

    We gave some feedback on the aircon and oven and Steve responded straight away. The apartment was spotless when we arrived for the 2nd part of our trip
