My partner and I are located on 10 acres of property, in Monkton Vermont, with a large lawn and a forested area. The upstairs bedroom has a double bed. There are 2 full bathrooms. One is upstairs and shared. The other is on the ground floor and can be your private bathroom during your stay. If you need more rooms. Please look at the other listing on this site. There is a room with 2 twin beds off the kitchen area on the other listing.
The kitchen has lots of windows and a wood stove. We have 2 cats and a dog, but the bedrooms are animal free. You will need a car unless you are an avid biker.

Cassandra and John were very friendly and welcoming. Their home is a beautiful, warm and inviting country house with lovely gardens. John was helpful in guiding us to hikes in the area and provided us with a great map to help us get around. We felt very comfortable there and would stay again of we were in the area.
We were in late and out early but wish we got to spend a little bit more time relaxing at Cassandra's place, which was super cute. She also woke up early with us to make sure we were fed before heading off to a long day's video shoot! What a treat.
Cassandra and her family were perfect hosts. We only went for an evening which can sometimes feel unsettling, but she was so accommodating. Fresh food and tea were available and her beautiful dog and cat even welcomed us with open arms.
Cassandra's home is located in a magical place in the woods of Vermont. Although we spent little time in the home, we appreciated experiencing the countryside rather than the city. We loved the four-legged friends too!
Cassandra and her family were warm, welcoming, and helpful, as well as accommodating of my two young kids. We stayed in a cozy room and had use of the downstairs for the evening, quiet and private. And a pleasant breakfast in the morning. Beautiful house and very nice folks!
Cassandra and family were some of the nicest and most friendly people. Although our stay was short, it was perfect :-). I highly recommend staying here.
My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Cassandra's beautiful home. It is in a perfect location half way between Middlebury and Burlington, so we were able to easily visit both towns. We also checked out the nearby town of Bristol and spent a beautiful afternoon in the river by a waterfall. Great for a summer getaway, but I imagine the scenery is breathtaking in any season.
